Went through the drive thru and got told to pull around to the front, which we did despite only having 2 luxe boxes. Only to then watch as the entire parking lot was about 3/4 full of people all told to pull to the front and wait. After 10 minutes only 3 people had been served. It has been 20 minutes now and the parking lot has continued to be so full that even handicap parking was filled up and I only just got my food. The line was completely empty. It seems like the person working at the window was giving people their drinks and then sending them straight to the front. If this is a new thing with management not wanting people to sit at the window (the most likely option) they need new management. If not? They still need new management. If I could I'd really give them a zero star, yes their food is completly fine and nice, but their service just sucks. First of all, their system messed up my order, so of course I went up to talk to the worker about it trying to fix whatever was going wrong. Second of all, their employees suck, when I try to communicate with their workers they just give an attitude like no that's your problem do your things right. I was trying to tell her that it wasn't my problem and requesting to switch that wrong order to what I actually ordered and that I was willing to pay the difference in prices between them if there were any. I left another review (from a different Yelp account) several years ago--this was after I had noticed that the food quality (even for Taco Bell) had plummeted. I could go into what the food was like 40+ years ago (it was actually delicious and much higher quality), but this review is about how moronic the employees are here and the high prevalence of mistakes (and stupid mistakes). Ordering certain items without cheese should be EASY for them, unless they are high (a definite possibility these days) or stupid (or quite possibly a combination of the two). Once you know the score in regard to the situation at this location, you have to assume responsibility for going here. I came to this Taco Bell after the Petaluma location botched my DoorDash order. In that order, I ordered the Mexican pizza meal, which comes with taco supremes and an order of nachos. I received two regular tacos and a tub of cheese. DoorDash refused to credit me properly, so I opted to go place the order myself at a different store. Via the drive thru I ordered the same thing but asked for just chips, no cheese. The bag I received was bigger and hefty and I saw the chips and what appeared to be tacos, so I thought all was good. Once home, I saw I received a regular taco, a quesadilla, and some sort of thick burrito, but the chips were there. The person who took the order seemed friendly n but the young man at the window acted as though work was the last place he wanted to be. I get not enjoying being at work as I work in phone customer service, but you need to at least pay attention - a friendly demeanor goes a long way. It seems to be apparent that some sort of regional manager needs to do their job and address management at each location. If I learned anything, it's that I need to either take a break from Taco Bell or permanently give up crappy Mexican food in favor of the real thing. read more

This Taco Bell needs better management at times. Something seems to be constantly broken and the workers have a hard time understanding your order. Very disappointed with this place. Ordered some food here along with nacho fries and avocado ranch sauce. This Taco Bell with all the rest usually gets the sauce wrong. The employees don't seem to spend the time looking at order fully and that's why they get it wrong 99% of the time. Well this time I got no sauce at all. This morning I wanted to try the new breakfast burritos. When I walked up to the counter I observed an employee sitting in the office at the computer with gloves on. She got up, walked to the counter and took my order. I paid in cash and she gave me my change, still wearing the original gloves. She then proceeded to make my burrito and never changed her gloves. I was discussed by the fact I don't know how long she had been wearing those gloves and what they touched before handling my food. With the danger of spreading Covid, I recommend the Owner / manager enact a strict policy that whenever an employee handles food they put on new gloves every time. read more

This Taco Bell is constantly disappointing. Every time I have come to this one, something has gone wrong with the exception of maybe once. The food is always either made incorrectly or there are items left out. Last night 1/6/22, I ordered on the app for my fiancé and myself at about 6:45PM. I decided to go inside to pickup the food rather than wait in the drive thru. When I got inside, there were quite a few people waiting as well. I stood by the "mobile order pick up" sign for about 10 minutes and another customer walked up to the counter to ask about his order and there was no record of his order at all. The employee that was working the counter and the drive thru had to have the customer wrote his order down on a napkin. When I finally got to the counter to ask about my order, it had been about 20 minutes of waiting. The employees making the food for the drive thru were going quickly and moving the drive thru along with no issues. The employees making the food for customers inside the restaurant were going extremely slow and at times were just standing there doing nothing. It seemed as if those employees were intentionally going slow or refusing to work. A manager or GM finally came over and looked at my order to make it and she gave me my bag of food. When I got back to my car, my fiancé checked the food and there were still 3 items missing. I had to go back inside once again and waited about another 15 minutes before I got the rest of the items. I waited about an hour in total just to get my order. Talking with other people inside and overhearing others talking, I picked up on the fact that other customers had waited just as long or longer. There was a customer next to me that had ordered on the touch screens inside the restaurant and ordered one item but still waited an hour for his food. The employees were having to take certain customers receipts in order to see what they had ordered and make it via the receipt. There was never an explanation as to what was going on to have customers waiting that long. read more

Worst part is listening to some one cackling at the top of their lungs and seeing them screwing around in the prep line instead of making my freaking order. Wait! Today, I drove into the parking lot and almost turned around and left because many of the parking spots were taken and there were cars in the drive thru (reading the reviews for this store, I feared of the wait time). I am glad that I did not leave. When I got into the store, I was pleasantly surprised that the line was actually moving. I was able to order and received my order (Double Chalupa Box) within a reasonable wait time. I then noticed that there were actually 5 to 6 people working in the store. First time that I have seen so many employees in this store. That was the reason for the improved service.
