Never had an issue before. Normally fine service, especially during COVID. But today was completely unacceptable. It's the lunch hour, so understandably busy, but we noticed our $5 box was ringing up as $5.99 and simply questioned why. The manager came to the window and was very rude saying "it's how they market it do you want your food or not?" We did not appreciate this attitude what so ever, but still planned to get our food. Thought I'd give this place a try... after what happened here last time. I ordered in the app (4 items- 2 bean burritos, a potato soft taco and a drink! Not a complicated order by any means) and arrived to pick it up less than 10 minutes later. All the while getting updates on my order and when I pull up it says my order had been ready. I walk in give them my name and they say ok. And I wait.. wait some more... and they kept asking me what it was... I even hand them my phone so they can see what my order was... Turns out- my order was never made. A manager kept saying "it was bumped" whatever that means. They made it super fast and then handed me my tiny bag of food. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Ever. In my 57 years. The norm for me at this location has been, missing items, food that tastes like it's been sitting around for a long while, wilted lettuce and cold meat, and more recently not only missing items but also short changed by 10 bucks. One time I was literally told it would be a 2 hour wait for me to get my food. People were literally backing out of the drive through because they were in line for over 40 minutes already. I go to this Taco Bell primarily out of convenience at this point. Almost every other time I go they mess up my order. Sometimes they forget one or two things. Sometimes, on days such as today, I get someone else's order entirely. It's not hard for an employee to check the receipt against the things they put in there. Case in point: the quality of the "food" that's being served here has dramatically dropped in quality in the past few months, and they are now effectively serving not-so-fresh reconstituted slop (echos of a past review I wrote awhile back comes to mind--i.e., food this bad being a misanthropic statement of the worst kind). I have been to Taco Bell most of my life, this particular one has the slowest service I have ever seen. I am not sure what the problem is, whether it is constantly short staffed or the hires cannot seem to grasp the idea of what fast food is. These young kids need to have some kind of awakening about a work ethic. I have witnessed these kids having conversations and drinking soda while I was waiting for service. They are continually extremely slow moving I have waited in the drive through on average 20 minutes each time I decided to stop there, sometimes longer. Well worst human beings I have ever met. This Taco Bell should definitely reevaluate what kind of service they are providing. I am never eating at another Taco Bell, forever lost my business at any location. We bought $40 worth of food and was only given less than half of the order. When going back to show them our receipt and communicate like any competent human being we were treated with some of the rudest responses in customer service I have ever experienced. We bought our food near closing, and once we realized we didn't have all of our food we went back and Taco Bell had closed, however the employees were there in the lobby eating food. Three of the workers sat at the table staring at four of their customers standing outside, refusing to look or acknowledge our presence. We held out our receipt, asking to have a conversation. We did not expect them to make us food, we just wanted to clarify the miscommunication. One of the workers started taunting us and mocking us with our body language. She was provoking us by throwing up the peace sign and waving goodbye as if she did not care at all about messing up our order. I am very disappointed in this service, all of the workers were laughing and making fun of us. I will never recommend this place, horrible horrible horrible. read more
