The drive thru line was soooooooo long a Thursday night. I decided to go inside and order. They have a kiosk for you to order from now. I was worried if I actually beat the crowd outside because of this; it's not like someone actually took my order and knows how long I've been waiting for a simple order... I ordered 4 nacho fries and a cinnamon twist. It took about 10 mins, not bad considering the insane drive thru line. While waiting for my food, I was watching the workers preparing the orders and noticed one gal who had on a pair of gloves. She kept the same pair of gloves on and she moved from station to station. Not sure how sanitary this actually is when you are moving from one task to another - touching clean bags and then food and vice versa. Our nacho fries were good, but my cinnamon twists were bland. There was hardly any cinnamon on it. They tasted straight up like styrofoam. First and last time I go to this Taco Bell. read more

I ordered a Mexican pizza and baja drink akd pepsi As soon as I got to the window my discernment told me to cancel the pepsi but nahhh greedy me said just get it. This location was actually closed & yelpers had listed it as shut down. Wish I had some before pictures to show how it had become a rundown pile of dirt and grossness. Tonight, we decided to go for quick take out and I wanted to experience the new indoor remodeling. As for interior delight, look at the attached photos. Very clean atmosphere, aesthetically pleasing, modern looking and appropriately landscaped. As for menu items + pricing. . . same as any Taco Bell. Nothing new there. Quality, though, that's where this location rocks 5 solid stars. We came in with a bunch of +/- no onions, add that, no tomatoes, light on the cheese, sub beans for beef, etc. Each item was labeled, wrapped to perfection, heated properly and made exactly to order. They even threw in a complimentary nacho cheese for forgetting an initial item in the to-go bag. All in all, this location is back to business and rocking a facelift from the inside/out. Taco chicken sandwich review : Wanted to try out this new menu item Spicy chicken sandwich taco no chipotle sauce comes with jalapeños ( if u get the spicy one added lettuce and tomato So the first time I tried this it was decent but tonight the chicken was undercooked and flavorless and made very sloppy I asked for no chipotle sauce and guess what ? What is going on how hard is it to get a taco order right? Fast and edible if you're super hungry, in a hurry, and/or want bootleg Mexican food. The few times I've been here, they had never mess up on my orders. Koodles to them because I typically order a lot and they still manage to make all my stuff in a short amount of time, correctly. They're definitely not stingy with their sauces. Be prepared for super greasy and sometimes soggy taco shells. Oh and they have a happy hour menu. A lot of $1 items to choose from. read more

The place is too quiet when I walked in. No diners inside, just a several crew members huddled up in the kitchen. A crew member approached me as I stood in front of a cash register and asked if I am picking up for Door Dash. I told her that I am ordering to go. Apparently, the crew is not used to dine-in orders. I only two Doritos tacos for my daughter . She loved them. The location is nice and neat, but it does need dine-in people. Maybe i just missed the afternoon crowd. The staff is helpful too, but they should not assume that that all who walk in are picking up to go orders. read more

Who is in charge of this location? The worst customer experience I've ever had. Cole (I'm assuming he's the manager because he never advised me who he was), was very rude to me and extremely impatient in front of other customers. Even one of the customers called him an "expletive" as I was walking out. I waited 25 min for my food and they still got it wrong. I ordered a meal today through the drive through and I guess they made a mistake and handed my drink to the person car in front of me. The other driver grabbed the drink and I guess it turns out there was no order for that person and they handed the drink back. I pulled up and they handed the drink they received to me. I made a comment asking if that was the drink they had handed to the driver earlier, so they replaced my drink only to fill it up half way. Unsanitary and rude. read more

This Taco Bell is the master of screwing up your order. I've lived down the street for 10 years. It's a 50/50 if they get it correct. I recently decided to revisit my local restaurant cause the MEXICAN PIZZA is back!! 3 days after it's release and I found out, I rushed to get mine. I rolled up to the drive thru.... (That was magically empty cause it was way too early in the morning for a normal taco bell run) ordered a Mexican pizza, crunch wrap supreme and a chip n cheese nacho. Got to the window. Handed my debit card. Took my food. Before I left the drive thru, I noticed I didn't have my pizza. Reversed back to window. Advised the employee. He claims I didn't order THE ONE THING I ACTUALLY WANTED TO EAT. So ok... maybe my fault I was so excited about my pizza I didn't pay attention to the screen order. No biggie. So I say.. we'll then ring me up for one please and handed back my debit card. Little drive thru boy tells me SORRY. my manger says you have to go back thru the line and reorder. So I'm pissed. But in the nature of NOT being a Karen and/or humiliating my teenager, I begrudgedly oblige and I turn back to the drive thru. And fun times I find there are 5 cars lined up and now I get to wait. 22 minutes later, I make it to the window. I stay silent. Hand my card. Little drive thru boy hands me my pizza in a tiny bag sideways and basically tosses the bag to me. I say nothing as I'm Handing it over telling my teen keep it sideways or the melted cheese and internal products will spill out. Got home. Scraped the remains of my pizza from the square box. That was no longer a pizza but a pile of goo at the edge of the box and lid. But hey... why complain?! The Mexican pizza is back!!! About a week later I found myself craving the pizza and thought.... No way can I have another mishap. I'll make sure I read the screen. Everything went smoothly. Got home to indulge in my current addiction only to taste the most disgusting burnt ass flavor I've ever tasted!! Sourly disappointed. Decided I'm going to have to extend myself to the Sheldon Taco Bell that's a whole 1.2 miles further from my house just so I can enjoy the fabulous flavorful correctly cooked and managed pizza of my dreams. If you're not stoned or drunk avoid this Taco Bell. You'll either be disappointed by the taste or hungry cause they forgot half your order. Buyer beware. read more

I normally keep these little mistakes without saying again lots times. Because I know it's just young teens running FAST FOOD with maybe a few older team managers. But today I would like to say something. We came in for breakfast around 8/9 ash am . I ask if they we're selling breakfast at this time. She answered yes we just don't have the breakfast menu switched. She ask me if I have a question about the items. I said no it's ok I'll just go on my phone to review the menu you guys have. So I did take longer to order this time. I was still super nice to them even tho the girl or two girls haven't came out to change the menu. I continue to order than, I told her my order looks correct based on what I can see with the reflection of the sun. After we left , we got three orders wrong. Two items we replace and the burrito we order wasn't ours. So I don't feel like going back. It's just in the kitchen because no one wants it . I understand mistakes happens. But maybe the girls were just distracted this morning or just not motivated in the morning to double check everything including the opening manager or lead. I frequent this Taco Bell location as it is the only one in my area and it has gone down hill fast! Went through drive thru and they forgot almost half my order. Of course the gal at the drive thru didn't even give me my receipt!
