First thing first. We called in our order at 11:30 am. I was going to pick the take-out order up for our team, and order for myself at the same time. Seems easy enough, right? Hardly. I am a grown-ass 55 year old man, and I have never, ever, ever had worse customer service and more importantly, even worse food. This is an extremely poorly run restaurant, where there is no one officially in charge. Blame just gets passed around, and in this case, even though the %$#^ bag WITH OUR NAME was on it, they still "couldn't find it". It was finally found at the drive through window, and was cold as hell. The staff were unbelievably incompetent. The woman customer before me asked if she could get her drink glasses, so she could prepare to leave ASAP (she'd already been there waiting for 35 minutes). Get this... the dude BEHIND THE COUNTER mumbles that he doesn't work there and can't handle that request. The staff refuses to work with anyone at the counter, except to take their name. Two people before me left because they had visual impairments and couldn't read the kiosk screens. When I asked for help for them, the idiotic girl wandering around in the back kept saying... "Kiosk! We don't take in-store orders at the counter anymore!" Now here's the rich part... when I walk in, I grab the first person I can find to check in (which is ridiculous, because if I wanted to wait, and had paid for my food, why would I leave). And then I wait... ...and wait ...and wait ...and wait ...and wait Finally, I get annoyed (I've been there for 25 minutes, waiting), and the semi-leader goes, "Sorry, who is your order for?" I WANTED TO SCREAM I was going to order food for myself, but I will never, ever, ever go back to Taco Bell again. It was the rudest staff I have ever encountered, the restaurant was filthy, the people were completely untrained, rude, and incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THIS FILTHY TACO BELL. I was really looking forward to trying the $5 breakfast box at this Taco Bell, especially since both the official app and website showed this location offered breakfast. I drove across town to get here, only to be met with attitude at the counter when I asked about it. A simple "we don't serve breakfast" would have been fine--but the dismissive tone was completely unnecessary. I ended up not ordering anything and won't be returning. I had the most appalling experience at Taco Bell recently, and I feel compelled to share it. First off, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The manager, an older heavyset woman with a disgustingly vile attitude, greeted customers with hostility and clearly did not want to be there. Things only got worse when I ordered a Mexican pizza in the drive-thru. It tasted rancid--like actual poison. The shells were stale, the ingredients were old, and the smell was overwhelming with spoiled food. Normally, I don't return food, but this was beyond bad. I went inside to ask for a refund, and who else but the same rude woman met me at the register. Her attitude was just as nasty in person. After some hostility, she finally refunded my money but then refused to provide a receipt, leaving me with no proof of the refund for my records. When I asked to speak with her manager, she yelled, "I am the manager" and refused to offer her name. As I was leaving, I commented that the food was a reflection of her attitude--terrible. Shockingly, she then followed me out to my car and started taking pictures of my license plate! Never had an issue with my orders here. The wait time for drive thru can be kind of long. Not sure if it's the fault of the workers or if it's always just the people in front of us. Always check to make sure you have everything before you go. Every Taco Bell that we go to would say that they have already put hot sauce in the bag, but when we check, there's never any. There was a homeless man in there ordering food that had a slight scent, and the manager was extremely rude to him and told him he had to wait outside. He did absolutely nothing wrong. He was leaning on the counter waiting to pay for his order when she started yelling at him to get out. Of course words flew and he stormed out. We come to this taco often because it's the closest one to our house. The more we go the more disappointed we get. Ordering wise the person was very friendly and helpful. But once we get our order that's where it usually goes wrong. We ordered 3 crunchy steak tacos and instead of crunchy they gave me the soft tacos. Ordered some food today. Got home and saw my mini chicken quesadillas barely had anything in them. They were folded weirdly(in thirds--not in half) so I open them up to refold. There was only a small amount of meat and cheese etc. I know it's only $1, but come on now. I would usually come here because my house is nearby. I like this place. They really have a good customer service. From the food I like low carb bowl. That's pretty much the only place that has it. Just went through the drive thru of this Taco Bell and ordered a couple things most of them being stuff with tomatoes in them. While eating my 2nd chalupa I found a rotten piece of tomato, no big deal I pushed it off and kept eating but after eating more I find more pieces of rotten tomato. I call them and they say that's just how the center of the tomato looks I can assure you it's not rotten. I'm no going to lie I get working fast food but I went there super early and decided to read me my family crunch wraps. 1 they did not label it at all I had to cut into all of them to make sure everyone got what they asked for and then 2 the lady asked me if I would like sauce and I of course say yes and end up getting ketchup and one packet of salsa just one packet kinda ridiculous after I order 4 crunchy wraps. This isn't my first time going here i I've ordered door dash and it was sent to this Taco Bell and honestly has really shitty employees they don't care for u one bit and then when I called to talk to them about my missing food they said they can't help me and hung up on me this business need a new manager who is will to fire employees who are rude and disrespectful to customers I understand having a bad day every now and then but this location seems to have bad day all the time I would not go to this location if you can go to the on off Folsom but even that one has bad day too. I'm pretty much here everyday! I eat lunch here because I work nearby. They're always polite and have not once got my order wrong. Food is always fresh, just like the remodel.
