I stopped at this Taco Bell one evening and urgently needed to use the restroom. The staff told me the restroom was for employees only and that the other one was out of order. They directed me to a nearby business, but it was closed. I explained that this was an ADA medical need related to cancer treatment, yet they still refused and said there was nothing they could do. This was very disappointing. ADA protections exist for a reason, and situations like this are not just about convenience. When a customer has a legitimate medical need, there should be compassion and flexibility. Taco Bell needs to review this policy so people in similar circumstances are not turned away. read more

Of course the drive thru cashier didn't ask me if I needed a receipt nor did he supply me with one. Probably because this is a common practice and what's the use in following up with a complaint when you have no receipts? I go to 3 different locations (Mack/Franklin, Sheldon/99 and this location W. Stockton Blvd./Cosumnes River). This one is the worst!!! These past few months our food has been messed up, stale, broken, missing items or all messy. Today I ordered chips and cheese and chips (again) were nasty as if they were old, stale and just nasty tasting. We also had chalupas which are suppose to be soft but were hard. Other times it's all this and also are given really, really broken taco shells. It's all young kids working there so don't know if that is the issue that they can care less and don't store things good but I am sick of this location. I spend 40-50 dollars and this is ridiculous. I come to this location because it's the close's location to my home so I will have to stop going to Taco Bell or drive further but then my tacos will get soggy. read more

Went to this taco bell lastnight 7/24/22 around 1030pm Do all taco bells suck?! Haven't found 1 that is professional and can do their job right No line just 1 car ahead of me. A young white guy greeted me on the box and I started to order but he didn't get it because as I could see ahead of me he had the headset on but was too worried about admiring the challenger that he helped that drove off. He apologized for not hearing and asked for my order again. He was definitely being distracted or just cant seem to concentrate on his job because he kept having to asking me wat I said about 3 times. Everything was ok accept I wanted 2 cinnamon twist so I re-verified that with him at the window. Got hom and I was missing my chips n cheese. I went back and as I was waiting behind a car they get ready to pull out from the drive thru then stopped and put their reverse lights on so I back up and the lady is telling him she was supposed to have 2 of something and then he hands her another bag. I haven't gone inside a fast food restaurant for awhile, I was surprised they had a large size screen to order your food yourself. That was pretty cool. They are pretty busy through the drive-thru so if you do go inside, you can get your order quickly. She answered all our questions, ensured order accuracy, and made it right when the line didn't make my food right! She immediately had them remake it and they did a great job! I can not eat the pita bread when it is deep fried for health reasons so I ordered a chalupa supreme with the pita bread uncooked (the way it comes on the cheesy Gordita crunch) it's called a chicken Gordita supreme and was on the Taco Bell menu for over 20 years before they discontinued it. The employees are awful and need training for basic customer service. We are regulars at TB due to scheduling and availability with our companies. TB is typically the fast food we choose to eat since it's not rough on our digestion like many places. The children who have been hired, or even the older people who must have a complex, are all rude with no true sense of customer service or respect. They're rude and don't even speak clearly. The orders are NEVER, and I truly mean this without even the slightest bit to exaggeration, NEVER RIGHT. Every single time I leave, I check and my order is wrong. It took so many trips for my dumb self to stop leaving the store blindly confident in my order... but when you're a paying customer, I mean, is that too much to ask??? TO GET WHAT YOU ORDERED??? These people are the worst. I know we live in fast times and we have so much at our fingertips. I know fast food is extra. But TB's prices are insane. They've been driven up higher than any other fast food place. So if I am paying for this food, IT SHOULD BE CORRECT. I shouldn't have to be repeatedly returning to fix my orders. I shouldn't have to have spoken to the owner so many times that he legit tells me to mention his name when I order so that his staff will do it properly. I don't even know how he deals with the laziness on a daily basis. And I say laziness because I don't want to assume any low IQ or insult anyone's intelligence. But it's almost as if someone is trying to mess up my order. Every time. And it's not even a hard order. Beef crunch and beef hard tacos. Could it be any more plain and simple?? A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive thru. Ordered 6 regular tacos, some nachos & a couple of drinks only to get home to 6 tacos smothered in sour cream and loaded with tomatoes. I called & spoke to the manager on duty. She offered to remake the order; however, I didn't want to drive the 20 minutes back to the location. She took my name & said that she would have 6 tacos, some nachos, and a couple of drinks for me the next time I came in to make up for this experience - just to let them know my name at the cash register & it wouldn't be a big deal. I went in today, and as soon as I walked in, there was a loud group of young adults in the restaurant, one without a shirt on. There was a huge spill of some sort on the floor, and they placed a yellow caution sign over a small part of the spill. I told the employee at the register what happened a couple of weeks ago, and she immediately got the supervisor/manager on duty. He looked in the back fort name but couldn't find it & told me there was nothing he could do.
