What are the worst places to wait for food on earth this place has gone downhill so much. Used to be a great place back in the day. It's horrible now. You walk in there there's nothing but machines they try to think that's going to make it faster. It's actually slow slower. We waited 25 minutes for our food. Four other people were standing there waiting for Service. They didn't want to use the machines either. They closed the lobby. I called to ask if I could come in to pick up my food, and I was told they are too busy and was hung up on. I have been waiting already 15 minutes with a long wait ahead of me. I ordered ahead of time so I didn't have to wait. And they really had the audacity to hang up on me. I understand being understaffed and not being able to do something about it. It doesn't excuse your poor business and customer service. My food will probably be cold by the time I even get to the window. Update- one hour later, I got my cold food. You can't come to a fast food restaurant expecting to compare it to fancier restaurants, but it's allowed to compare them to other fast food restaurants. So what if my hard shell taco was cracked, it's a hard shell for crying out loud, it cracks when you breathe on it. My food was delightful, everything was correct, and they even swapped out my cinnatwists for chips and queso. BLESSED. The service was a little lacking. I'm a big advocate of no matter where you are or what you do, do it well. A person can have an awesome experience if you are awesome at your job--simply flashing a smile and making sure all my sauces are in my bag will suffice. All in all, great.
