What are the worst places to wait for food on earth this place has gone downhill so much. Used to be a great place back in the day. It's horrible now. You walk in there there's nothing but machines they try to think that's going to make it faster. It's actually slow slower. We waited 25 minutes for our food. Four other people were standing there waiting for Service. They didn't want to use the machines either. They closed the lobby. I called to ask if I could come in to pick up my food, and I was told they are too busy and was hung up on. I have been waiting already 15 minutes with a long wait ahead of me. I ordered ahead of time so I didn't have to wait. And they really had the audacity to hang up on me. I understand being understaffed and not being able to do something about it. You can't come to a fast food restaurant expecting to compare it to fancier restaurants, but it's allowed to compare them to other fast food restaurants. So what if my hard shell taco was cracked, it's a hard shell for crying out loud, it cracks when you breathe on it. My food was delightful, everything was correct, and they even swapped out my cinnatwists for chips and queso. BLESSED. The service was a little lacking. I'm a big advocate of no matter where you are or what you do, do it well. A person can have an awesome experience if you are awesome at your job--simply flashing a smile and making sure all my sauces are in my bag will suffice. All in all, great. Food: Good - We ordered a 12 taco box of crunchy tacos and a Cantino Power Burrito - steak. We all enjoyed the food. We all agreed the food was tasty, hot, fresh, and exactly what we expected. Service: Good - We were greeted when we came in. The women at the counter was friendly and took our order efficiently. We had just filled our sodas when our order was called by name. We felt like the service was timely and efficient. A employee even stopped by our table to ask us how everything was and if we needed anything. Facility and Cleanliness: Good - The dining area looked clean and up-to-date. We felt comfortable and all tables and chairs were clean and fresh. The bathrooms were also kept clean and my daughter was not grossed out by anything in the women's restroom.
