We went to this St. George location after the Taco Bell in Hurricane ran out of beans! How does that happen?! It's just ridiculous! I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about though. This location was clean and empty, and the workers were fast and subservient. Also, they had so much Baja Blast that the worker literally overflowed the cup and spilled a bunch all over the place. One more thing, this location is cheaper than Hurricane because the crispy potato soft taco was $1.09 here but $1.19 in Hurricane. So, if you're looking for regular menu items then this Taco Bell is for you. If you like all the weird stuff on the menu like the previous reviewer then you might need to try another one. But watch out for the Hurricane branch because they run out of beans. read more

TThis taco bell always seemed busy and from my experience the only reason why is location. To start, the one and only reason i go back here is because it would be the only place that has my sons favorite soda, baja blast. So, here are my odds. Id say one out of every 4 times there is a stupid sign stating they are o ut. Honestly, if it goes that fast wouldnt you order more as a manager? Next most annoying thing, no boxes for a contest that is advertised in a sign as you go in the front door. I actually drive 4 miles out of my way to the sunset location to get whatI want because at least they have these items and even though the service is just as mediocre there, they have always had what I wanted in stock. They are NEVER open on time! I love Taco Bell breakfast and occasionally get it in the mornings. This location however has been closed or is "running behind" the last 3 times that I've went. If your wanting food here give it a good hour after opening. read more

You want hot sauce? Lol, good luck. No matter if they ask you if you want hot sauce or you ask for it, they will not give it to you and act like they did. It has happened to me so often I literally have to open it front of them each time to look for sauce and, surprise, there is never any in there. This place is lame. Stopped for dinner about 5:45 pm. 2 customers and 6 employees just standing around. No body at the register. Finally a guy shows up at the register and just stands there. He looked like he just got out of bed. Doesn't welcome us or ask us if he can take our order. Finally we just give him our order. Food so so but the place was filthy. With all the employees standing around you would think somebody could grab a broom or clean some tables. Won't be back to this place. read more

Worst customer service ever messed up my order and I ask to make me my right order and Laren was so rude gave me the wrong order back and said she didn't charge you for what you wanted and I said that's not my fault that's your faults and he threw it on the table and told me to throw it away and the girl named Haylee didn't wear any gloves touching all my stuff and get mad when I didn't have my mask on when I walked in but the people making the food weren't wear gloves ether ( COVID-19) !!! If I could give a zero I would but here's 1 star I guess! Drive thru has taken well over 20 minutes and we have moved by 1 car only because a driver ahead of us got out and talked to the window. Now it's the waiting game all over again. Do not go to this Taco Bell location. I have lived here in Saint George for only a year and every single time I go here they have messed up my order. Passing through - stopped for lunch, 05/14/20, 12:50pm, Drive Through Only. Ordered chicken burrito and chicken tacos. After eating at other Taco Bells, this is by far the worst Taco Bell. The burrito and taco's had a pinch (I mean a pinch) of chicken; very little lettuce and hardly any cheese, TERRIBLE! Taco bell, has great tasting food for cheap prices.You walk in, you're greeted by an employee, and then your order is taken very quickly. The customer service is alright, it depends on the time you come in. I don't usually care about service though. I come because of cheap, good tasting food that is fast and easy. My favorite food is the Baja Blast Freeze which is sweet, cheap, and it tastes good. read more

Three different people helped to give us our order and in the chaos didn't give us our credit card back. When I called about going to get it after arriving home they told me it was my fault because I drove off too fast. When I arrived to get it back they again told me it was my fault. So mad at this place! I went during the Gold PlayStation 4 promo...twice!!! And never got a code to enter both times I was gypped! Then when I asked management about it they just told me one excuse after another. I've been to this place quite a few times, and on more than a few occasions my food has come out cold. 90% of the time they mess up the entire order, even after verifying the order. Overall, I'll give this a 3/10, only because the special items are worth trying out once, even if they're mediocre at best. That's about the only time I'll come back. read more

Absolute joke of an establishment. I was coming here constantly as I live basically across the street. I would come in the morning and order the same thing every time. A steak breakfast crunchwrap with no sauce. Well apparently not adding sauce is like trying to grasp rocket science because the workers are beyond incompetent with making an order correct. I stop by before work and do not have time to go back to get my order fixed unless they want to add to my paycheck. I have called the store after my order has been wrong for the 7th time to be told they would retrain staff. Only for my order to be correct the next day (I thought this was incredible if this shows how often my orders wrong) 2 days go by and then somehow they forget what no sauce means again..im done. This is beyond comorehendable, is it such a foreign concept to read an order before making the food? What the hell kind of staff work here if they cant do something as simple as not add sauce 3/18 times I ordered the same thing. I ordered a chicken chalupa. (THE ONLY MEAT I HAVE EATEN IN 3 YEARS) and they gave me a BEEF chalupa. It's so crazy how people can't care enough to ever get the order right. I'm mad that I got off work and spent almost 4 dollars for something I don't even eat. After clearly ordering a "chicken chalupa supreme, with chicken" it was really nice biting into beef for the first time in three years tonight.
