You can see employees in there talking on the phone and doing seemingly everything except their job. The taco bell constantly adds cheese to orders where no cheese is specified. Receipts show the giant bold NO CHEESE on all items, but they just keep adding it and ruining entire meals. 4 orders now and two of these had cheese added. Service was terrible, I walked in to a verbal altercation between an employee and customer which then was followed by two employees screaming slurs at each other. I waited about 20 minutes after that and nobody came to the register to take my order so I went out to my car and went through the drive through which took another 10-15 minutes of waiting. I don't even know why I ordered from here again, the couple times I have gotten food here in the past the service was awful, there are ALWAYS missing items and by the time I actually get what I ordered everything is COLD. I ordered pick up through the drive thru and received a $45 order including lux box supreme all shoved into a large bag with the churros. Chips and cinnamon twists on top upside down! I ordered 3 drinks and was given 2, one was wrong. I nicely informed the girl at the drive thru and she was ok at first she gave me the correct drink to replace the wrong one I was given. Then, when I told her i also had a third drink her attitude changed very quickly. Eye rolls and odd noises, and now the window is slammed. Funny thing she looked up to verify what I told her I ordered before getting it. It was a snow storm and not one other car went to that window the 15 min I was in the lot. Not sure why she didn't read the order and simply give me the correct drinks right away??! Then I pulled out of the window and tried to look thru the bag to see if I had everything. Of course the upside down sides all spilled and I had to open the tacos and burritos bc they were not in the corresponding wrappers or marked. I had to reverse back and again nicely ask for the quesadilla I was missing and I told her the sides were upside down when she handed me the bag and now they were all dumped. Eye roll and window slam then after about 4 min she asked, " did u check the bottom of the bag??". What?? Is this real?? But I responded, yes that's why I told u everything is now a mess, I emptied the bag. A woman who was a bit more mature than the very rude girl then appeared and the girl bitched about me. The woman said just give her the quesadilla.. she said it very nicely & calmly and smiled at me. Hopefully she is the manager. The girl basically threw the bag at me, I thanked her and she gave me a dirty look and again slammed the window in my face. I'm not proud of what I said next, I called her what she is. Then I called the store 4x no answer. Again, in 15 min no customers entered the lot so they just refused to answer the phone possibly bc they had my phone # from the order. So I tried to report it to corporate on the ap, but they have a word count so clearly don't care about your story, plus you have to choose 1 issue and I had many. Doubt I'll hear back but I will NEVER RETURN. I worked at Dunks for years in my teens and have a tremendous amount of understanding for those working in fast food. But that place always has an asshole at the window and I have NEVER received the correct order on the first try. read more

Ok the first part where they took my order, they were great. I got to the window they took my payment, and SOMEHOW They took 30 minutes to give my order. Well, I can't say this is the best place. You can't mix Mexican fast food with an American Fish and Chips place, and staff it with 4 people on a Sunday afternoon (one cleaning and doing busy work). While I was there today, one drive-thru customer came after picking up their order and MISSING two items. Meanwhile, I walked in and stood at the counter to place an order. The girl at the window basically ordered me to use a kiosk. Meanwhile, she was texting on the phone. I waited about 10 minutes (I timed it) for one order. I understand they are shorthanded. I know times are tough. But they're not that bad when Kelly's can staff 15 people, McDonald's can staff 6 or 7, and Market Basket can have 14 registers staffed at all three stores. I'm sorry to say that if this keeps up, they'll close by the end of the year. If the owner reads this... please do something. I'd hate to see it closed. read more

Taco Bell is notorious for messing up orders so I always try to make sure I say it clearly and that the cashier repeats it back and normally there's a mishap but nothing major. I can't remember the last time I had any Taco Bell. About two years ago, my mother wanted to try them based on some ad she saw and we walked into a store, she looked around and immediately said nope and left. Which is pretty much how I generally feel about fast food take-out. I kind of ended up here because we wanted to get popcorn shrimp at Long John Silver's and they share a space. Having no idea what to order, my take-out dining partner and I asked for two chicken chalupas. No idea if they even have it or not but after we drove away I was like darn, should have gone for the cheese fries. I guess some ad campaigns do work as that's the one item I usually associate with Taco Bell. No issues with the order. Nice woman working the window in full protective gear which I appreciated. I guess Sierra Mist is still a thing as they didn't have Sprite but apologized and offered that which makes me wonder if people get angry when they substitute one soda brand for another - like crazed passionate fans of one brand. I rarely drink soda so it's all the same to me and didn't have any issue and likely wouldn't have known if she'd claimed it was Sprite. But I digress. The food was just okay. Both totally fell apart and were messy but did taste good. Not sure I would order again because they were very small for the price and not filling at all. I suppose you have to buy more to get a filling meal here (and I thought they were known for cheaper prices - maybe we just ordered the wrong item). I asked for classic combo with soft taco, and a beef chalupa. The sugarfree mountain dew was water so I didn't drink it. I received a hard taco in the classic and a crunchwrap. I accepted the hard taco and asked for a chalupa instead of the crunchwrap. The manager asked beef or chicken, I said beef, I ended up with chicken 30 seconds later. Whatever. First bite of burrito had a pink hair in it; didn't eat it or return because I was grossed out. There was no cashier, and there were menu items not on the self check out. I watched 4 people leave rather than order because the self check out was not working, or didn't have what they wanted to order. Several people waited more than 12 minutes to be told to self order, and were annoyed. Staff was aggressively and adamantly ignorant, dismissive, and disgruntled the entire time--especially the man who seemed to be the manager. I really wish I could give zero stars. This place and it's employees are the absolute worst!! I went there tonight to the drive through (which will be my last time ever!) there were 6-7 cars ahead of me. I could see the person in the car at the order box just sitting there for the longest time. Finally I could see them talking and then they pulled forward around the building. I thought (wrongly) that they were pulling up to the pickup window. The same happened with the other cars in front of me. After about 20 mins I was finally at the box. I waited about 5 minutes in silence before a man's voice came over the intercom, however, I couldn't understand a word he was saying. Finally a girl came on. Instead of taking my order she told me that they had no help; that there were just two of them there, and they couldn't make any food. Are you kidding me!! I was so angry! She finally complied with the customers special order and then took my order fairly quickly. Then there was a long wait while the cashier who seemed to be the only one working went to prepare food while 5-6 employees came in punched in and then sat talking in the kitchen area. The manager suddenly shows up from the bathroom and just walks past the employees completely defeated and takes a drive thru order that no one had taken for so long I would've driven away. All of the tables were dirty. The girl taking our order did not say one word to me when doing so, not even when she had forgotten or didn't care to give me my drink cup. When I asked a different girl to wipe the table she just nodded but never cleaned the table. They had some kind of decoration wrapped around all of the posts and rails near the counter and it looked like some kid may have been picking at it, there was debris from it all over the floor, right in front of the girl at the register but she couldn't e bothered to clean it up. The table that had the straws and sauce was all sticky and nasty. Some or all of this might be excusable if the place was swamped or even moderately busy, but me and my sons were literally the only customers in the place! My kids refused to eat there because it was so dirty, and the one holding our bag of crunchy tacos dropped the bag when trying to open the door, breaking all the tacos - not the stores fault, but a restaurant with any sense of customer service would have asked if anything was damaged and offer to replace. Of course the mute girl behind the counter didn't say squat and we went home to a terrible soggy, broken taco meal. Never again will I go there. read more

Downloaded the app to make my order (plus, there was a 25%off deal thru end of month). Ordering was easy via app, and pick up was essentially smooth. Turns out that the app does not communicate the details of what kind of tacos on the combo meal which was no issue on my end. They also ran out of Fritos for one of chicken sirracha special but replaced with "red strips." Employee working the front was very friendly and easy to update the order with. He did sort of remind me of Joe Dirt! more the reason to stop in here! The area was spacious (shared with long john silvers) and free wifi! One of the booths was messy (loose lettuce slices), but no effect on my end with take out. read more
