I was there on Sunday 9/29/19 and placed my order on the self service register. My receipt showed I ordered my food at 3:03pm which consisted of triple nachos, soft taco chicken supreme, bean burrito, two chalupas, and 3 drinks. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and the drive thru only had 2 cars when I arrived and ordered. I waited literally 35 minutes for my food and even before I received it, my son had already drank his large slushy that cost over $3.00. There were only 2 people making food and one of them looked new and was very slow. The other two male workers apparently weren't trained to do anything but hand food to people or take orders because they didn't help at all. I watched while two people had to bring their food back because it was wrong. When myself and other customers asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager on duty. When we expressed concerns with the long wait to get our food, we were told that the manager is aware they are short staffed on Sundays, 3 people called out sick and the manager does not care. Then one of the male workers gave some free nachos to one customer. I always frequent this Taco Bell because its conveniently located near my home; however, I will gladly go to the one on E14th in San Leandro because they have better service, always have plenty of staff and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for fast food. read more

This Taco Bell location is horrible. They suck and it hurts my souuuulllll that I had to wait in the drive thru for 48 minutes for $4 worth of food. Meh. It's okay. I mean, it's Taco Bell. I eat here for the quick cheap bite. Get sick pretty much every time. Half the time Ive ordered more than 6-7 on 1 order and my order was wrong. A few times Ive gone in and they were completely out of sauce packets...Taco Bell is pretty gross without their sauces... Not sure what happened, but all they had were the breakfast salsa. Sadly there is no option for no stars. Came here on a Friday evening and saw the line for the drive through. I figured the lobby looked empty I should just go in. Parked my car, approached the door and it was locked. A guy was already waiting and was already calling them to see if they can open the door. Waiting about 5 minutes for someone to some come the door. As we were waiting another man walked up and said that he was there a few days ago and same thing locked doors. He explained that they might be under staffed so to control their customers they lock the lobby door. The few of us that we're already waiting for inside and the guy at the register was the lingering around and making eye contact or have bother asking if we were ready to order. That took another 5 minutes. Line at the drive through is still growing and we haven't even ordered. My receipt said 8:30 the time the order was taken, I sit facing the window and I see how fast the line outside is moving. The staff didn't bother unlocking the door. More pie please kept coming in as some people who were already waiting just kept opening the door. As a new lady was now at the register she asks the customer not to open the doors for people anymore. 8:45 the guy ahead of me still hasn't gotten his order and when he did they made a mistake. One of the workers I that was working then stepped by the drive through window talking to her other co worker tool out her phone and started talking on it with her gloves still on. I sure hope she changed her gloves before making more food. 9pm I get my food which the cheese smelled old or at least smelled like it was sitting out, cold. Not one of the workers ever say sorry to any of us inside who was waiting patiently for food. But if you want something more on the light side, I'd get the number 9 (Crunchwrap supreme). I had a very bad experience today. I ordered online ahead of time to save time and to customize my food how I want. I love Taco Bell and I really want to love this Taco Bell as it is the closest one to my home. The wait for service is too long. I walked inside and went up to the counter. No one greets me at all and asks me anything. There is no one at the counter. I wait for about 2 minutes. I say, "Excuse me." and none of the employees pay any attention. Five minutes go by and I say "Hello." I see my order is already made and packaged and sitting on the other side of the counter where they usually put the to go pre-orders. I am starting to get annoyed. After 6 minutes I try getting the attention of the drive-thru person. Still no response from any employee. So I walk right behind the counter and get my order. Immediately an employee notices and says, "Don't come back here." They take the order with my name from me and ask me a series of questions to make sure that is my order. Once they are satisfied that is my order I ask for my drink and they give it to me. I know it was rude to go behind the counter and retrieve my own order, but they just make people wait so long. And there was a long line of people behind me waiting for their pre-orders. I just don't have time to wait 20-30 minutes for something I pre-ordered and is waiting for me because no employee will help anyone inside the business. Every time I go inside the business customers are waiting 20-30 minutes or more for their orders because this Taco Bell is not good at dealing with orders to be picked up inside. read more

They are a bunch of nice and dedicated employees running this place. I know this because the place is always clean and they never get my orders wrong.
