I guess a lot of people had bad luck here based on some of the one stars. But I think they slipped into a wormhole to a parallel universe that landed them at a terrible Taco Bell. I say this because I have never had a bad experience at this location and I mostly go through the drive through. My order has always been correct, and service fast. These workers here seem to be very on top of things. My food always comes fairly quick even with a long line of cars in the drive through. That Popeye's chicken location on Hesperian needs to take lessons from this taco bell, since there's nothing but a bunch of incompetent troglodytes that work there and cannot do anything right. smh read more

Ordered a couple of hard shell tacos. After taking one bite I felt like I bit a rock. The shells were very stale and when I confronted the manager he didn't seem to care. He said that they "haven't had a problem." To which I said "Would you like to try a bite?" I basically had to plead to get something else. What a joke! read more

I'm sort of a connoisseur of Taco Bells and this one sucks. VERY LITTLE cheese and lettuce in my crunchy tacos. Just a lot of empty taco shell real estate really. Like the polar opposite of what you get at the Del Taco on Hegenberger which are packed with shredded cheese and lettuce. read more

Just visited this Taco Bell. Was attended by a young man....frank. A big boy...and a smart ass type personality. Im very surprized TB would hire jack ass kid like this. Even some of the staff confirmed my thoughts. Perhaps better training in customer service can help...I sincerely hope this kid can get better in his attitude and change his ways. Terrible costumer service. I went through the drive thru Monday evening at 9pm. There was a bit of wait, but it wasn't too bad. But as soon as I pulled up to the window, the lady just shoved my drink out and had a displeasing look on her face. She never once smiled or greeted me. Actually I don't think anything to me until she handed me my food and she said "here you go". I just automatically gave her my payment when I took the drink. After receiving my food I pulled up so the car behind me could start their transaction and I proceeded to check that everything was in my bag. I noticed that the side of jalapeños I ordered extra were missing. I then went back up to the window and when the cashier opened the window, I told her what happened. She again, did not say a word. She closed the window and finished the transaction she was working on. She handed the other customer his card back and then walked away. She then came back with my jalapeños. No apologies or anything said to me at all. When I got home and was taking everything out I noticed that my bag of chips were only half full and my tacos were poorly wrapped, and most shells of the tacos and tostadas were cracked. A little under staffed. The place is very clean and have friendly employees. My favorite taco Bell compared to others.

I love taco and this is the cheapest place to get them. This location has recently been remodeled and it is pleasing to sit inside. I personal like to go inside and order my food to go rather than the drive though. This is not a reflection on this location but on the other people in the drive though taking forever to order. This is everything you could want out of a fast food place. Cheap, fast and tasty food. I have never had any problems when I came here. Granted that is not often but still it is the only fast food i eat and this is the only location i like going to. That is saying a lot! read more

I go to this Taco Bell all the time because it's 0.7 miles from my job. I never took the time to review them because it's Taco Bell, and I figure you get what you pay for until today. Now, I realize they were REALLY busy, but today was the worst experience I've had. I went through the drive thru. When I got to the speaker, I hear at least two people. One was talking to the person at the window (I guess) and one trying to take my order. After yelling EXCUSE ME 3 or 4 times, they must have noticed I couldn't understand. I order my food with the most unpleasant lady ever. I felt like I was a total inconvenience to her, and she's the one getting paid. No thank you, just pull forward. It didn't get any better when I got to the window. No smile, no hello, no nothing. She didn't even tell me my total again. I handed her what I THOUGHT the total said, and she YELLS back, "you didn't give me enough!" THEN she gave me my total. Once again, no thank you, no goodbye, go to hell...NOTHING! Now, about the food....one word COLD! A fast food place that's this busy should be cranking out food like crazy...wrong! I went to this taco bell and order more than 40 dollars worth of food but the service was super slow and the tacos were more like chips all broken down and the burrito I order was all beans no steak at all it was not the one I order and when I told them they took it back and suppostly put more meat on it and they gave me back the same thing and was not even wrap like a burrito it look more like a triangle one side thin and the other side that they didn't open kind of look like a burrito it was a mess and they assumed I didnt notice that they didnt do anything on it read more

This restaurant is chronically unable to complete orders accurately. The past 3 times I've gone, they've forgotten to put the Emanada in the bag at the drive through. This time, I thought I was going to be smart and ask them to make sure it was in the bag. They checked, and confirmed it was there. When I got home, I discovered they had forgotten to add the 2 Chalupas from my 2 Chalupa combo. I will never go to this Taco Bell again. read more

First off, I was surprised of the location, which didn't have a drive through, so I went in. There was no one ahead of me so i ordered. The guy was the most mono-toned person ever. the food took longer than normal and when i got it, i noticed that the taco was barely wrapped and everything fell out in the bag. OK my complaint is not against the food or the aloof, oblivious employees. Well I guess technically it is against the employees. The food is always in the condition I expect from taco bell. However, I don't think it's to taco bell standards and it's not in my preference to wait 10-15 minutes because I use the drive thru. Note : I am not just super lazy I have a 9 month old, it's work to get in and out with him. Also I have gone inside before and the wait was painfully long, I bonded with strangers... back to the drive through each time I go there's a long wait. One time it was nearly 30 minutes. When I got to the window they offered me free dessert, nice but it didn't replace the gas for the 30 minute maybe more wait. Also I waited so long on that visit my infant fell asleep and woke up.. so it was long . Like I said food is usual, maybe it's my timing. But I've gone at lunch and evening and service is the same. I got insane diarrhea from eating their food last night. Taco bell normally is rough on the intestines, but my roommate with the iron gut also had massive diarrhea. Their potatoes were hard as rocks.
