Quite literally the best Taco Bell I've had the pleasure of having as my local one. It's consistently the best quality, freshest, served hottest, actually looks like the advertised food, it's just a dream come true. I love this Taco Bell and even the jerk that usually runs the drive thru. That's all I'll say about him but anyone who frequents this one knows the chode I'm talking about and that's ok, he stinks but he also works at the best Taco Bell probably in America. We love Taco Bell but we were so disappointed at the TERRIBLE customer service in this drive thru!!! The cashier gave us the wrong drink and when my husband nicely told her that we had ordered a soda and not a slushy drink, she argued with us that it was what we had ordered. She eventually did give us the correct drink but was extremely rude about it!! When we asked if she had put hot sauce packets in our bag, she rudely said that she thought so. So we checked just to be sure and there weren't any in the bag. We let her know and asked for some, she gave us 2 packets!!! We asked for some more as we had ordered multiple items, and she gave us 2 more and slammed the drive thru window shut!! We were shocked at how rude she was!! read more

So I've gone at least 15 times the past 2 months to this particular TB. It's just amazing! Fast service in drive thru. Employees always always kind and smiling. The food is good and hot. But tonight after the Santa Fe opera we went for quick bite. Ordered the new street chalupa's with steak! 5 star for sure! Delicious! Hot and fresh. Blown away! Good job Taco Bell! There's something magical about this Taco Bell location. When it moved from the corner or Cerrillos and Cordova (now a Burrito Spot) to the current auspices (across from the dirt lot that used to be Tecolote), it immediately became easily accessible from Alta Vista and from Eastbound Cerrillos Road. This means that all three of Santa Fe's current Taco Bell locations are spaced a few miles apart on the same single street. The food is good here. They stay open late, a rarity in a city where many of the moneyed residents are in bed by ten. The franchise currently leads the fast food market in terms of quality and value, what with their rotating lineup of combo boxes and revamped dollar menus (including for breakfast). And at this particular location, my orders are always correct and delicious. Give this Bell a chance if you aren't familiar. You might just end up spending all your lunch breaks here. read more

What to say about a Taco Bell. The food was good. It was warm and the order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. However the reason for 3 stars is that the faucet in the bathroom only had cold water and the floor and tables needed to be cleaned up. I got severe food poisoning from a local Taco Bell and was told to call and make a formal complaint with their insurance agent, Allen at the Jemez Agency. All I wanted was a refund for my meal, which was the least that Taco Bell could do considering that their food poisoned me and I was sick for 2 days. I was misinformed by Taco Bell's manager that I had to call and make a formal complaint with Allen at the Jemez Agency. But he was SO RUDE. He actually questioned me about whether or not I actually got food poisoning in the first place from Taco Bell! I have worked in the professional legal field for over 10 years and have NEVER been treated like this by someone, not even nasty lawyers act like this man did. All I wanted was a refund for my food. Not the 2 days lost wages that I had due to being poisoned, and the assurance that IF I needed to go to the ER or doctors, my medical bills would be covered. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional rude person in all of my life. Even the manager at Taco Bell, who barely spoke English was more helpful and sorry than this rude man. In a professional capacity, it would be a HUGE mistake to do business with this man or insurance agency. I plan on letting the owners of Taco Bell and the corporate office know that their insurance provider is rude, confrontational, combative, and unprofessional. Bad business and bad customer service.
