So who ever was working at the window on October 20th at 10:30 was the rudest man I have ever at a fast food place. My friends and aren't familiar with the menu at Taco Bell and we went to the front door to read the menu instead of standing in the way of the cars. Greeted by a fully tattooed woman at the drive thru window. She wasn't rude but she also was not really friendly either. Maybe it was me being taken aback a bit by the lack of professional appearance I was greeted with, but really I think shirts should be buttoned up and long sleeves worn if you're going to display all these tattoos. Other than that, my frito burrito was pretty spot on for my hunger craving and I can't complain about the portions or appearance for the price. So happy that a Taco Bell opened up near my place in Santa Monica! This location is renovated and looking very nice. It's open late and is very clean. I like that they lock their bathrooms, so that transients cannot use it to bathe in or for people to do illicit activities during the evening. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately there is no inside area to eat...just an outside patio. Other than that, I'm happy to be able to walk to a Taco Bell! read more
