Ordered the new lux box with 2chicken bacon ranch chalupas burrito and side item with drink, drink was wrong. Customize with no Pico, yet found onions. Several which I am allergic to. Chicken is so dry, could not tell. If it was fried chicken nuggets or cantina chicken drink wrong no utensils napkins or straws provided with 5 drinks Lady at the window did not even speak. Simply handed me a bag handed me a drink carrier and closed the window. The Mexican pizza stole my heart first bite decades ago, But it isn't the same as it used to be or maybe I'm not the same (I real deal think it's me though). The order took awhile to get a driver and my only request is always to have them make my drink when they arrive. My driver assured me that they made it "right in front of her" but unless she drank half that was clearly a lie. They forgot two of my tacos as well but at least the pizza was present I guess. I've gone to this specific Taco Bell twice since moving here, embarrassing I know.. but I love the bell! I like to go somewhere two times (if I have a poor experience) just to double check I was right because people have off days. So with certainty I can tell you two things that are bound to happen upon visiting this location. The first thing would be unfriendly staff. I like to do mobile orders before hand so I don't have to figure out what I want in the drive thru. The first time I came around, I told the little drive thru machine I placed an online order. When I pulled up to the window a gal opened it, saw my face, and just stared. After a few moments of awkwardness she proceeded to close the window but didn't speak one word to me. A few moments pass and the same gal opens the window hands me my food with almost a look of disgust on her face?! Again no words were exchanged. I'm pretty positive I had nothing written on my face and I did take a shower that day so I'm not sure why exactly that was my experience. The second time the attendant was definitely more vocal "would you like any sauces" but I wouldn't say friendly. The second thing to expect.. they put the bare minimum of food in each thing you order. I ordered cinnamon twists and my bag was half full. I ordered a bean burrito, again, maybe half the amount of usual beans were inside. Just very sparse on the ingredients they choose to utilize. Overall I'm going to guarantee that I will not be going back to this location even in a Taco Bell crunch both experiences were just weird and made me feel uncomfortable. Taco Bell always has some funky fun specials to try. I'm a sucker for these, and on my last visit I tried the nacho fries. They're essentially just fries with a cajun taco seasoning and a side of nacho cheese sauce, but YALL- they totally hit the spot. This location is usually pretty busy, but the line goes quickly. This review is specifically for Keith and his devoted service to the Taco Bell brand. We are loyal customers to this establishment and we are always delighted to see or hear Keith as we order from either inside or the drive-thru. This man does it all. While sitting in the dining room we witnessed this man give exceptional customer service at the counter and then go out of his way to clean the lobby. Like we literally saw him bagging food, taking orders, whipping trays and tables, and sweeping the floor in a span of 15 minutes. We have never seen another Taco Bell employee with this much dedication. Keith is also a beautiful man, inside and out. We asked politely for it and thank her as she gave us attitude, jolted her head at us and hardly closed the window on us. Don't get me wrong, the food is great, but that's how it is at most Taco Bell's. But my god is the service extra terrible at this Taco Bell. First of all, if you're going to order through drive-through (especially during peak lunch or dinner hours) then I hope you're listening to a podcast or a good album because you'll be waiting, and waiting A LONG WHILE. This isn't just the normal fast food line that feels longer because you're hungry and because we're all spoiled by the Chic Fil A service. This is a pathetically long drive-through line, and I've been stuck in it for up to 45 minutes-1 hour on occasion. And I've seen the inside of the place; they've got enough employees to fix these issues they just choose not to. Speaking of the employees, they suck. I was in there one time with my roommate and we decided to walk inside (masks on of course) and order and they couldn't handle the 5 or so other indoor orders and the drive-through. They got everyone's order confused and couldn't remember the names that were associated with the orders so they got mixed up. And they also don't want to talk to you even when they should. For example, I ordered a pretty big order for my friends and me the other night. Now it was REALLY late, but this location closes at 4 am and it's a college town, so the fact that they can't handle the orders of college kids is so annoying. Anyway, I order this huge order for everyone that cost me around $40, and my friends did pay me back for their food, but when we got to TB, they told us that they couldn't make half of the food we ordered and that they only had hard or soft tacos left. Granted, some of this is the app's fault for not telling me these items weren't available. I completely understand a fast food restaurant being out of something, especially that late, but it would've been nice if someone had told me before I got to the store so I could have canceled my order sooner. Speaking of the order, THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECEIVED AN ORDER UNDER MY NAME! A giant $40 order just lost? That's inexcusable! So I had to cancel the online order and we had to order the food again, and keep in mind we only got about 25% of what we wanted since no one told us they were out of burritos, crunch wraps, and nacho fries. So my friends and I get three 3-taco and a drink combo packs, and my other friend just ordered a single taco; 10 tacos in total right? Guess how many made it home, 9! Yep. They really forgot a taco after all of that. And what's worse is that my friend had already eaten one of the tacos, so I had to eat two tacos while my friends got three each, EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR IT, and I've still got a nearly $40 charge on my card that hasn't cleared yet and might not for another week. So I'm out $40 for this week. THAT WAS MONEY I NEEDED SINCE IM A BROKE ART STUDENT! The way that this Taco Bell treats its customers is completely and totally unacceptable, and honestly I should drive there and demand my $40 back in cash for what I was put through, but, unlike the employees at the TB, I'm a student and have a life and am busy. Speaking of the employees, did I mention they suck? They have the worst attitudes if you tell them they've messed up, which they often do so that's a big problem. What sucks is that they'll always have a crowd since they're right by target and only about 10-15 minutes from some of the dorms and from my apartment specifically. It's in a really convenient spot for many people, but if their service doesn't change and change soon then they need a complete overhaul and some better management. I haven't really been to any other tacos bells in the Savannah area since this one is the closest to me. The issue with the Skidaway Rd location is that they take too damn long. I can easily justify polluting my body with 5 tacos for 5 dollars at 3 in the morning but I can't justify idling my car for 40 minutes to do it. These people at this location are sloppy. They listen but they don't hear what you are saying. They have a $7 Box and on the TV. It says that you can mix it up how you want to for $10. I should be able to mix the Box up like I want to but I was told no I couldn't yesterday. I waited to go to the emergency room till they opened so I could get something to eat when I pulled around somebody. Was in the drive-through and said that I could not order breakfast until 10 o'clock. She's lazy she sounded like she was sleeping and she needs to get on the good foot whoever that was. Yesterday would have been. June 12th 2023. If you're traveling and you want some breakfast do not go to this location. Then I went to the location on mall boulevard which was open.
