OK, its taco bell....now it aint Mexican food but it was close and we were hungry.. I figured that since, as I remember it, taco bell got caught putting so little beef in their beef mix the government told them they couldn't call it beef...that if I ordered a bunch if food I'd get lots of beef... NOT!!!! Maybe because I was using a half price app on my phone to order the food while sitting in the restaurant they decided they'd put half of the beef in each of my so called xxl steak burritos... REALLY!!!!! What I got was soggy wraps with lots of rice, beans, and avocado.....OK, folks... WHERE'S THE BEEF!!!! I like Taco Bell as much as the next person but this place is so incredibly slow and poorly managed that I honestly think they should be closed down unless they can get new management. You will seriously waste your entire lunch hour in line just to have your order completed wrong. I've probably been to 100s of locations in my life and this is hands down the worst I've experienced. read more

Always hands us the wrong order or just flat out gets it wrong then we have to wait in line again- which on average takes 30 minutes every single time. We mobile order too. I've held off for months writing this review to give them a fair chance but it happens literally every time we go. read more

if i could do a 0 i would. they spit in taco, and the cashier was VERY rude. They asked for me to buy a lot of stuff. the staff were cussing in the back and my son billy and i listened to it all. Hate to even give a star. I literally never post reviews but it's happened three times and I've tried to contact someone and never get a response(or money back). So tonight I pull in the drive through at around midnight after ordering through the mobile app. There's 3 cars still to order in front of me. An employee goes to take the trash out at 12:30am after one car has ordered and decides the restaurant is closed. I explained to him I ordered through the app and have already paid for my food(also been sitting for 30 mins), he shouts again at me 'we're closed' so I decide to ask what time they close, seems like a fair question, again he shouts we're closed. To be honest I'm just hangry at this point and it's 12:45am so nothing is really open but figured maybe if I post on here I'll get some sort of answer as to when they do close... that'd be really cool. I'm sure you're wondering why I'm giving a Taco Bell 5 stars. Well I base my review of this Taco Bell compared to others I've been to. I went at 2:40am Sunday night, actually Monday morning. Pleasantly surprised to see the drive through open until 3am. The line moved very quickly, especially for the hour. I see other reviews complained about the length of time to be served. Not an issue this am ladies and gentlemen! The cashier was friendly, even though I'm sure she was ready to leave for the night. I work night shift so this time is normal for me to be awake. Most people, not so much. The topper to earn the 5 star rating, my Taco supreme shell was crispy and fresh, as was my lettuce etc. I've been to a lot of restaurants in this chain, a crispy, fresh taco shell doesn't occur very often. The mini chicken quesadilla also delicious. So if you're starving after watching a Jeffree Starr video, hit them up! Delicious! read more

I usually give this Taco Bell high ratings because of their location and quickness. Not yesterday. I got there at about 2:30 pm for a late lunch. I waited about 3 minutes to order my lunch, waiting on a small white car ahead of me. 20 minutes later (after noticing two people get their orders from the counter), I had not advanced a bit. Finally, the white car moved on without any order. Were they just visiting? By then, there were about 6 cars behind me. I finally gave up and parked my car and went inside. There was one woman at the counter, one in back doing prep, and one at the window. There were also four people waiting at the counter. They were all casual and seemed to not care about. I told the young lady at the counter that I had been waiting over 20 minutes for my order. She looked at me blankly and said "we only have us here to work the window and the counter". Not my problem. The staff was unconcerned, uncaring, and barely able to understand that yheur customer was not by happy. Sloppy work. KFC next time. read more

Taco Bell has always been a good cheap place to get reasonably good tex-mex food. Today I was shocked to walk in and see their new pricing. Almost everything on the menu has increased to unreasonable prices. I used to frequently get their two chalupa combo that came to roughly $6.50. That same combo is now $9.19! Taco Bell has apparently forgotten who they are and who their audience is. I walked out today without buying anything and will not return unless the prices retreat back to reasonable levels. Taco Bell is not Chipotle and can't expect to survive if they price their food as if they're equal. read more

I always make sure to bring a drink, my cigarettes, have my cellphone fully charged and a full tank of gas when I go thru the drive-thru. The wait is ALWAYS long... At least 15 minutes. Make sure you check your order before you pull off, too. They've screwed my order several times... Shorted me tacos or given me the wrong food. read more

in terms of taste, this might be the best taco bell in town. it needs to be, the customer serice is appallingly slow. in the 23 minutes I've been sitting in this drive thru line, exactly 2 cars have been served. if I'm lucky, I'll get home by dawn. maybe. read more
