Absolutley the worst customer service I have ever gotten. From the order board to getting our food. No thank you, no greeting, nothing. Handed the kid my card, he took it, ran it, and gave me the receipt without a single word. Did ask if I wanted sauce, as soon as the word "no" came out of my mouth he slammed the window shut. Went to use the ladies room, both toilet paper rolls empty. The lady in the stall next to me asked if I could pass her some toilet paper. (that's four possible rolls that could be filled) I quickly got dressed, went into the lobby, grabbed the napkin dispenser and brought it into the restroom for the two of us. Went to wash my hands and both soap dispensers were empty. The icing on the cake: while waiting in line to tell the very rude manager, Margarita, that there weren't any supplies in the restroom I witnessed myself, two employees go in and out of the women's restroom. Meaning neither employee washed their privates or their hands after using the restroom. The lady in the restroom and I both left very upset without ordering. Do not take your family to such a discusting facility and if you do please know that if you get sick from anything, please know it was probably this Taco Bell that gave it to you. read more

My friends and I have officially found the worst taco bell on earth. Wanting to grab a bite to eat on our way out of town we stopped in to order and use the bathroom. First off the cashier seemed genuinely disinterested in welcoming customers in/was using about 5% of his mental ability to make sure that the orders he was taking were correct. After our orders were taken we went to use the ladies restroom and it was obvious that no effort had been put forth to clean it in quite some time. One of the stalls had a little smear of blood on the front of the door. the other stall wasn't much better as there was toilet paper all over the floor and piss on the seats. No seat covers had been stocked either. Thoroughly grossed out we went to wash our hands and there was no soap. Awesome. By the time we left the bathroom our friend was finishing ordering so we proceeded to wait and after awhile my friend checked her phone realizing that after checking the time on the receipt that her and I, who had ordered first, had been waiting for 20 mins. Irritated, we traded glances to the other customers who had ordered before us who had at that point probably been waiting for a good half an hour for their food. They also were very irritated. Deciding that if our order wasn't out in the next 5 mins we were going to ask for a refund since we needed to get back on the road to head home and couldn't wait for much longer. When orders were actually getting out after an obscene amount of time the gal handing out the food had no idea who ordered what and stood there staring at everyone blankly then walked away from the food, I guess hoping that the right customer would grab it. After walking in the back and grabbing another bag to hand it out she looks towards us and asks if the order had gotten out like we would know? Very odd. The other employees in the back were preparing the food so comically slow that it actually made us laugh, and the employees who weren't making the food like sloths seemed to be screwing off doing whatever. In between all of this there was no one manning the register so customers had to wait up to 10 mins to order. After about 25 mins we see the snorlax of the establishment slowly grabbing my food and lumbering to the counter. He looked at the board for a couple of seconds then lazily calls my number and slowly walks away. Someone should wake his ass up with a pokeflute!! Having little hope at this point that my order was right i checked the bag to find that YEP it was wrong. I was pretty over the whole situation so I decided that a refund would be my best option rather than waiting an extra 25 mins for them to remake it. Standing at the counter waiting to ask for a refund i made eye contact w/ about 6 employees in the back who didn't seem to care enough to come over and ask what I needed. Then Snorlax walks back to the counter to slowly hand out another order and I then let him know that I requested no beef and that they made my order w/ beef. He looks @ me confused, turns to the cashier (who had finally went back on register after making customers wait to order for 10 mins) and says "she THINKS she sees beef on her burrito....?? And wants a refund" in a shitty tone. The cashier tells me that he needs to ask his manager and they both go into the back to loudly talk shit. The manger who looked to be about 15 walks over w/ his name tag pinned upside down on his hat which was the cherry on top. He gives me my refund and we leave. This long review didn't take as long to write as they took to get my order out. Yelp should give a 0 star option specifically for this place. Taco Bell? More like Taco Hell. read more

I love my burritos with loads of lettuce and I'm really glad taco bell knows it. I also love my hard taco broken broken into bits before I get to eat them. It makes it easy to dump the diarrhea hot sauce on my taco. They also throw all the components of the burrito into the tortilla so you can make your own and have it fall apart on you just like at home! But it's taco bell..... read more

Ugh I am so upset with myself for not reading the reviews for Taco Bell. My wife wanted a late night bean burrito which she usually enjoys being that's her one pregnant vice. She started eating it and decided to throw it away half way through which isn't like her. She showed me why and it looked like someone had nuked it in the microwave for an extra 10 minutes as the bean portion of the burrito was dried charcoal. I have to say I should have known better having to wait 5 minutes for the burrito in the drive though at ten at night with no one else in line. Anyway avoid this place. read more

came up the 101 for some food after a long day at cannon beach and there was this kfc-taco bell on the side of the road. delightful. man on the intercom was nice and enthusiastic. asked to start a second order and a woman's voice said over the intercom that she couldn't do it, and when we told her there was no one behind us and she said, "not my rules." no is a fine answer! Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5 min and no one said anything. I drove up to the window and the guy says "Did u guys order food?" Had the same dazed confused look others have mentioned... I mentioned what happened and he said "Oh, I didnt hear the sensor." Then another guy (maybe the manager) said "Sorry cant help u , you can't order at the window and have to go back around." Like I now want to go back and sit behind the 5 cars that backed up behind me in the first place. I dont know what all of these Wiseguys are yammering on about, I found the BEST Taco Bell ever!! So there i was, hankering for a good ol Cantina Burrito so i entered. The guy who took my order had hair so greasy that it looked like it would drip in the food, and didnt wash his hands which is cool with me because i could use a few rest days in the Hospital to kick back and watch old reruns of The Price Is Right! So i ordered eagerly awaiting my food and oh dont ya know it, Nature calls for my friends and they head to the loo! They return to report some blood driplets on the stall door which is cool with me because i love a sense of danger with my fast food!!! About 15 minutes into the order a gal came from in back handing out orders but didnt know who to even give them to or if they got out. I have a theory she was someone who lived nearby who was sleepwalking, wandered in and put on a TB uniform and was just put to work. Which is fine with me because chronic sleepwalking sounds like a horrible condition and im glad theyve found work!! All in all i got my 2 burritos in about half an hour which is A okay in my book because i have nothing even close to close to a life and was prepared to just have a slumber party in TB if it was necessary! i call the bathrooms, theres plenty of toilet paper littered on the ground to use as pillows!! all in all 6/5 experience please bring your whole family!!!!! read more

DON'T EAT HERE!!! No option for 0 stars so I had to give it 1. How can a place this gross and filthy be in business still?? The food was nasty. There was food all over the floors, counters, and heat tablets. Dried cheese on the handles of the serving spoons. Bathrooms had urine on the toilet seats, toilet paper all over the floor, and no soap to wash hands. Our order had to be fixed 3 times because they couldn't get it right and the service SUCKED. It took us a few minutes each time we went to the counter to get the 4 employees to even notice us there. (and we were the only ones there at the time too) 2 of the 4 workers looked high. One lady was twitching so bad and had huge black circles under her eyes. When we spoke to her, she looked beyond us as if we weren't even there. The counter guy that took our order had nasty greasy hair that was not even maintained or pulled back and he didn't wash his hands after handling money before moving to the food stations. I will NEVER eat at this place again. Health department and Taco Bell Corporate have both been contacted by me to report this. Hopefully no one gets sick from this disgusting place. read more

I usually don't write Yelp reviews because I'm not one to complain (I work in a restaurant and I know how stressful it can be), but I thought I should write something about this place because going here today was my worst fast food experience I've had so far in my life, but I won't write paragraphs upon paragraphs about it. I'll just give the highlights: 1. The place was filthy, with garbage heaping out of the trash cans, no seating or tables wiped off, the counters weren't clean, the bathrooms were filthy, etc. 2. The customer service was awful. There was no sense of urgency being a fast food restaurant. It took 29 minutes for my three burritos to be made. They messed up my friend's order and there were two families that claimed they didn't get half their order. People waited in line for at least 6 minutes before being acknowledged (even though staff members clearly saw there was a line and a couple of staff members weren't doing anything in the back). One person waited in line for so long without being helped she left the restaurant. They all did whatever they wanted as quickly as they wanted. Everyone there seemed to be putting the least amount of effort into getting things done on time and efficiently. When they messed up orders, they looked at the customers like it wasn't their fault and they treated my friend like she was lying about her order being messed up ("She thinks there's beef in her burrito." She's not blind. Acknowledge your mistake). It was clear that the staff did not care about customer satisfaction. Everyone in the lobby was looking at each other, astonished at what was going on. People were shaking their heads and scoffing. My group of friends got our orders 30 minutes later after we ordered individually, and we got our food before other customers who ordered before us. There's a Taco Bell 15 minutes away from this one. If you are really craving that 5-Layer or want that tasty quesadilla you always crave when you're drunk, go to the other Taco Bell, not this one. read more

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life. The entire restaurant was a mess, the tables were sticky, and they played old Taylor swift songs. As expected, they got my order wrong, forgetting one of my tacos. At the front counter the service was horribly slow despite being one of the only ones in the restaurant. The food tasted bad, and the sodas were horribly flat, ruining the taste.
