We live in the neighborhood and frequent the silverton location. I must say of any taco bell or KFC this location is the very worst we have ever experienced. Out of our frequent visits here over the last year they have not gotten our order correct EVER , never even once. Today they put 70 (yes I counted them) packets of hot sauce in our drive through order, but not the ONE packet of ranch I asked for. They put sour cream on everything although we asked for NO SOURCREAM . Our receipt even reflects we asked for ranch and no sourcream. They also threw in an extra mystery burrito we didn't order. It's not really a big deal, except that they have NEVER once gotten our order right. NEVER. Beware that if you order here you will just get the mystery bag that they throw together. Such bad attitudes as well as inability to give the right order. This is the 3rd time we have been cheated by them. Think we would learn but this was enough. 20 minutes to get order and then have to review it to get some of it corrected but still neglected to see they had left out a hard shell taco. While trying to get corrected they felt it more important to wait on everyone in the drive thru while I waited. After all, someone who wants what they order is a problem and they don't want to deal with problems. With this happening most times we go, and by reading other reviews, we know this franchise needs a makeover. We say every time we go there that it will be our last time....finally we are gonna stick to our guns. The service is BEYOND slow, they are inattentive and they always get the order wrong. This last time it was 35 minutes from order to window, then they inform us they "forgot" to do the Taco Bell order that was with our KFC order. So we get a free soda to wait 10 more minutes. All while our KFC order sat and got cold. If they can't manage a dual-dining menu, then they shouldn't be doing it. Please owners and management, fix this.
