Writing a review for places which are known to almost everyone feels odd sometimes .. fast food chains are one of them. But a man gotta do what a man gotta do :D Jokes apart, the good things - service, that crunchy chicken taco supreme, the options for vegetarians (lacto), prices, the place is tidy. But what is the problem with those beans man .. why are they mashed and all, have a peep and I promise to you they wont look appetising .. nah not a bit .. is it just me ?? or there are other on my side as well. So, no to beans from my side. Taco Bell today lost me as a customer forever. I ordered the veggie Cantina bowl. I chose selection such as easy on the black beans and rice, I added extra guacamole and extra purple cabbage. Here's what I got. I counted the black beans there were 12 of them, the extra purple cabbage was less than a mouthful for a kid and they claim they put a double portion in. The bowl looks pretty big except the bottom is a quarter inch higher than the bottom of the bowl. This cost over $12 and it was probably two dollars worth of veggies. The service was horrible and basically got chewed out for criticizing what they did and when I was fed up with it and walked away they said, I can remake it for you. I just shook my head and said no thank you. I'd rather not spend any money here for the rest of my life. They have taken away the counter person favor of five kiosks. Good luck getting any service or asking question when they're catering to the Uber and DoorDash people before they even look at you. Taco Bell management, you've lost your mission. This Taco Bell ripped us off. We ordered 3 Chicken Cantina Burritos and they gave us tacos yet charged us the burrito price. They also gave me spoonfuls of rice and beans as a side. All food has been downsized as well. Not worth the price they are charging. Not a happy customer. read more

Made an order tonight at this location (11:45pm) the staff forgot one of the items I ordered and when I was trying to tell them which one it was they kept ignoring me and closing the window in my face. The female staff member who was on duty not only told me that it was impossible that she missed one but when I counted them she went in quickly threw one together and then glared at us as we left. read more

Yah yah I know it's Taco Bell why am I writing a review everybody pretty much knows what they offer and they come with a great low price fixed fast when you're hungry or on a time crunch and just have a couple minutes to grab a bite somewhere fast. Prices are good never gotten sick here unlike some other places that have high-end food. Don't eat here often but when I do we can always expect the same taste and quality as the time before. My kids also like their slushy's which change from time to time. read more

Ok people: Do you like tacos that are cheaper than your slim fast milkshake? If so, what better activity to do in Spokane then go to Taco Bell and eat 5 of these things! There are nice kiddos who make cheap tacos. Miss the old tacky Taco Bell building but nice people and they will remake your taco free if they get it wrong. (Ironically attempting to renovate a place for ambiance in Spokane does nothing but confuse me.) Side-note: I have the option of selecting things like: "Hipster, Romantic, Touristy and even classy" in Yelp. So tempted to click all 4.. For Spokane this is a tourist attraction. All fast food in Spokane is.. Nowhere else will you eat the amount of taco bell and burgers as in the sticks of Eastern Washington. It's a tradition around these parts.. read more

still annoyed that they completed ruined their menu. i get that it's at a corporate level but regardless. that being said, my friends have ordered the three locos doritos tacos from my doordash account 3-4 times & EVERY SINGLE TIME they come in as regular corn tacos. you pay EXTRA for the doritos tacos & then still get regular corn tacos. do better! read more

Now usually I don't leave reviews for fast food places unless the services was exceptional or terrible and the service here went beyond my expectations. We went through the drive through, ordering just soft and crunchy tacos. My daughter of course not wanting lettuce on hers but when we opened her tacos, there was lettuce. We went back, just thinking they'd give us new tacos. The manager offered my daughter a desert, she declined so he offered her a freeze which she accepted. When we got in the car, we opened the bag and there was also cinnamon twist. I interacted with 2 different employees and the manager, and they all apologized. So I just wanted to say, thanks for being awesome and kind. From the brief walk in, everything looked clean and organized. If I didn't live on the south hill, I'd come here more often. read more

4 times in the past month they have not given me part of my meal. 4. Times. What sucks is this place is cheap and on my way home but COME ON!!! How hard is it to put all the food in the bag??? Customer service is ALWAYS terrible. Please don't let these type of people make $15 an hour. They don't deserve it

In the past few months, my fiance and I have noticed that when we order 2 or more of the same item, (example: beef quesarito) the size of each one varies. So much so, you can see it. We end up having to split the bigger one of the same kind so we get equal amounts. I know it's not always easy to be consistent when busy, but I know it isnt impossible. I have managed Taco Time and when it was here, Del Taco. I don't complain to get free food because that's low. I just want businesses to have the best employees who love their job enough to be consistent. read more

This place was in disarray. I handed the cashier a $20 for a purchase of 4.75. The lady gave me 25 cents in change. I said the change is suppose to be $15.25. While I'm trying to get my 15 dollars change they are also trying to deal with another customer who's order they messed up. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for the manager to count all the money in the register to confirm I had given them a 20 dollar bill. I then received a "sorry man". This is very Americanized tacos. I am not particularly fond of this. Also the drive through is ridiculous at times. Something needs to be done. A second lane people? Things need to be done to get this place to earn my good graces again. Though, I am basically a taco master, so anything Taco Bell needs to be recognized for what it is. read more
