Not sure why I don't start checking the bag before driving away, but no joke, every time I come they get some part of the order wrong. Not even close. This location is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I feel like my money was not worth the team members time. This establishment is filled with "team members" whose parents told them to "go get a job". They don't care about customers, friendliness, cleanliness of a restaurant, etc. Management seems to be non-existent as well. I had a similar issue at this same location a few weeks ago where a new employee entered the wrong amount in and she was asking her assistant manager, I'm assuming, to come over and help but the assistant was just like and I quote, "just give him a large freeze". I did not want a large freeze but I also did not want to waste more of my day standing around until my issue was resolved. As I type this review I watch workers behind the counter just standing around talking about a dog that was just brough into the establishment, while there is a line full of cars in the drive thru in addition to a room full of paying customers in the dining room area.
