I hadn't had Taco Bell for months, due to being on a KETO meal plan. I decided to have a "cheat meal" and grab a quick bite before a meeting. They have got to be understaffed, cause OMG they were slow!!! I was behind one other vehicle in the drive-thru and I waited over 25mins before I left in frustration. This place is just terrible with their drive through customer service and ability to get orders right. Not sure why I don't start checking the bag before driving away, but no joke, every time I come they get some part of the order wrong. Not even close. Worst Taco Bell i've ever been to. Went to the drive through this morning for breakfast. Pulled up at 7:32. Sat in the drive through for 5 min and no one spoke through the speaker. I gave up and went to park my car. Apparently, no one was in the entire restaurant; the door was locked. The location opens at 7am yet no one was there after 7:30!! This location is one of the worst locations I have ever been to. I feel like my money was not worth the team members time. This establishment is filled with "team members" whose parents told them to "go get a job". They don't care about customers, friendliness, cleanliness of a restaurant, etc. Management seems to be non-existent as well. I had a similar issue at this same location a few weeks ago where a new employee entered the wrong amount in and she was asking her assistant manager, I'm assuming, to come over and help but the assistant was just like and I quote, "just give him a large freeze". I did not want a large freeze but I also did not want to waste more of my day standing around until my issue was resolved. As I type this review I watch workers behind the counter just standing around talking about a dog that was just brough into the establishment, while there is a line full of cars in the drive thru in addition to a room full of paying customers in the dining room area.
