I was picking up a doordash and this young girl was getting the little cups ready for the hot and mild sauce ,she drops the cups in floor ,then picks them up and put the mild and hot sauce in them ! Are you serious ? She knew i was standing there and seen her and she still did it ,so dont get no hot or mild sauce ,you sauce might be in the cup that hit the dirty floor ,thats nasty ,she needs to be terminated immediately and the health department called ,its no telling what else nasty things she has done while working ! read more

Just here to say do not go to the 3rd street location until 11:30 on Sundays. Their sign says 11 however the young man at the window let us know they don't actually open until 11:30. Decided to give Victor's Taco Shop another chance to see if anything had improved. Answer: absolutely not. The food was just as flavorless as the last time, but what really pushed this over the edge was that they charged us for something and then didn't even include it in the bag. No apology, no refund -- just missing food we paid for. When I called to ask about it, I was told "sometimes people steal items" -- seriously? Instead of taking responsibility, they implied the missing item must've been stolen out of a three-person order. That's not just bad service, that's insulting. It's not hard: if you're charging people for food, make sure it's actually in the bag. Especially when you're being paid a living wage -- the absolute bare minimum is delivering what was ordered. Victor's Taco Shop has made it clear they're not interested in quality food or basic service. I won't be giving them another chance. Normally, I'd say don't take my word for it and try it yourself -- but in this case, I'll just warn you: If you want to get ripped off and pay for food you'll never receive, go to Victor's Taco Shop. Went there one evening on a whim before test driving a car and then again another evening when we came back to buy the car because it was so good the first time! One morning I came here and waited outside for 15 minutes, but nobody ever came to unlock the door even though they were scheduled to be open 1 hour before that. I could see cars parked in the back so I'm sure someone was there. Then I came yesterday and waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes until someone came to take my order. The girl had such an attitude when I said that I had been waiting a while, so I just decided not to order at all and drove away.
