Good food as always but it just felt weird that the guy who made my food looked at my rice amount and then decided that I had too much and casually pulled some rice out of my BOWL. WHAT THE HECK ?! I came in today at 2:30pm to order food and got very nasty customer service from Skylar the manager all because I asked for just a little more chips on my order the managers attitude was very nasty and ugly and i have never had that experience here before and I believe if a customer asks for something they should get what they want if they are paying I have been a regular customer and am very disappointed in my experience today I would like to speak to the owner or Gm of the store asap read more

Came here for the first time since moving to Tennessee and I'm so glad we did. I originally went in Arizona, and the food was decent. Since there's no Cafe Rio's in Tennessee, we tried Costa Vida again. I'm still a Cafe Rio girl (sorry!), but this was delicious! All our food was great, but to be honest--the service was the best. The guy working to-go orders (maybe the manager) checked all my food to make sure it was there. That's going above and beyond in my opinion. We'll definitely be back! read more

Tried this for the first time. I was a little nervous because the place was a little empty at 5:30.. (don't judge my early dinner time). The best part about this place was obviously the taste but the prices and the amount of food you get was extremely generous! Additionally, the staff was friendly and great to talk to. This will be a short re-review. After Tim the manager saw my not so positive survey he invited me to come back and try another meal on him. Not literally on him...you know what I mean. So this time I went the nacho bowl and my protein was the sweet pork. Everything was hot and delicious this time. I then personally got to meet team in brief..I thanked him for everything. He then asked me if I had any of their desserts I said I did try the tres leches it was alright..to which he followed up with..have you had the key lime pie? So he gave me the pie for free as well. His very last appearance...he comes out with a big pie plate of chips and decent size cup of queso. All in all...thank you again sir for going above and beyond. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! They steal... I've been there twice and they have stolen from me both times. Once they overcharged me 8 dollars and denied it and the second time which was yesterday 9/1/23 they never gave me my debit card back. Only stupid freaking place that takes your card to run it when you go there instead of letting you insert it or tap it. Corrupt and crooked. Food isn't even all that great it was a lot better a year ago. I'll never go back and it's not because of the food it's because of the dishonest employees there. How can a place like this stay in business? I never have problems with chipotle or moes or any surrounding places.... But both times I've been here something has been extremely wrong read more

Ordered a Baja Bowl with the seasonal honey butter shrimp and the shrimp was spoiled. I tried to let the people working know that the shrimp was not good, but they ignored me. It was almost like they knew there was something wrong with the shrimp. After trying multiple times to get their attention we ended up throwing the meal away and leaving. read more

So so good. If you are a transplant and miss Cafe Rio; meet your new best friend. Huge great burritos, nice kids meals, it's perfect. We absolutely love the sweet pork and cinnamon tortillas. Pretty good prices, and I love using their app. I do find that their drive thru is closed often, which is super inconvenient when I have a car full of kids and I just need to pick up my takeout order. read more

Sweet pork salad with a little green enchilada sauce on it is to die for. I haven't had to actually die for it yet, but my wife and I do make the sacrifice of driving 25min to get here at least every other weekend. The owner is so nice he recognized us on the second or third time we came in. He's got his employees trained well as they are friendly and cook great food. If you are reading this review and haven't tried this place yet I strongly encourage you to get in your car and go get yourself some sweet pork. I Love Costa Vida! This is one of my regular fast, healthy restaurant spot! I love that you can get a fresh salad and taco, quesadilla or enchilada with your meat of choice. Pair that with toppings of choice or rice and beans to please even my picky family! I have never had a bad food experience here and their customer service is always top notch as well! We love costa vida!! It ranks first for any fast casual Mexican food for me. Portions are very large! They even send burritos through an over to melt cheese on top! I think the shredded beef is my favorite protein option! Not to mention- very affordable, large portions so likely you will have left overs and great rewards!!
