This is the Best Taco Bell. They take excellent care of their customers. Everything is fast and fresh and delish with the classic Taco Bell taste Im looking for. Absolutely sucked. Worst tacobell experience ever. I ordered a rolled chicken deluxe box. I ordered it a d payed, then they decide to tell me they're out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken and can't say before ordering. I also ordered a strawberry creme delight, and they were out of creame, which once again I was told after I ordered it. After that, they still forgot items. They gave me a beef chalupa. They didn't give me my taco, and my nacho fries felt microwaved, and they were still cold. It was pouring rain outside, but the drive-thru staff was very understanding and helpful. Even though we had to confirm what we ordered because I was laughing with some friends, they were very respectful. The tacos were very good and I will definitely come back next time I'm In Valdosta! read more

I am very upset. My husband and I went to the Ashley St location after Bible study. After receiving our food, and driving off, we noticed that 2 of our 4 hard shelled tacos were completely out of the wrapper and the items were thrown all over the bag and the other food items in the bag. The shells were broken up and the beef was cold. This was very unprofessional and if we weren't so tired we would have brought the items back. I was so upset, I didn't enjoy any of the food and I'm very disappointed. read more

When will I learn? Like Joe Pesci said "they blank you in the drive-through". Once again, completing an order for two people proved too difficult for Taco Bell. We got up to the window and they could not even give us the $.84 change we were owed because they had inadvertently shut the drawer too early. So we said yeah no worries, then we get home and we're missing a steak burrito. We called and the shift manager said we could come back tonight or tomorrow and get it. What a joke joke!! read more

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell's. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with only two cars in front of me. Another 5 minutes at the window to get my food. I ordered 9 separate items and I only received 5! Not only did they mess my order up, they literally stole from me! When I went to take the food back the dining room is closed and the drive thru line now has 8 cars in it and I refuse to wait for another probably 45 minutes to get my order corrected. If I could give this place a no star rating I would. Like I understand it's 12am and you just wanna go home but if I'm paying for food I expect you to at least meet the demands. They consistently get orders wrong I know it's fast food and you really can't expect gourmet meals from a fast food restaurant but it would be cool if the order was at least what you actually ordered. Every time I have gone there some aspect of my order was either missing or just completely wrong. When we pulled up to the window they couldn't figure out what we ordered and asked me twice getting it wrong both times they asked and then even after I corrected them the order was wrong. This Taco Bell has gone done hill in the last few weeks. They got our order wrong so we take it to the counter and the rude lady prepping wants to argue and say we ordered wrong. Well lets look at the receipt, nope ordered the same as we always do. This is clearly due to a lack of competent management. This used to be the best Taco Bell around town now it's the worse. also, the restaurant was dirty. The restroom was filthy, no hand towels. Interesting side note on this, there is a sign on the restroom door that says we check our restrooms every 30 minutes to maintain quality. Well we were there over 30 minutes and never once saw an employee check the restroom. I don't recommend this TB. We will not be back. read more

Always fast and usually pretty accurate. They do have a tendency to break your tacos though, but it's ok I still eat them.

Terrible experience waited in the drive thru for 15 mins because the drive thru cashier person decided to have a conversation with the car in front of us. It was so bad I had to get out of my car to ask them to finish . Probably would've lasted longer if never got out of my car. Also, when rolling up to the window they were beyond rude because I had to ask them to finish their convo so they wouldn't make me late for work. On top of giving us our food cold. Bad experience, not exactly sure how one can mess up pre-prepared fast food but these people did. The food was tasteless and the volcano taco that was a part of our order was disgusting and had no volcano sauce. I usually enjoy taco bell and can't remember a time that service has been this bad.
