I have been coming here for years since they first opened at this location and I always enjoyed the food. On this occasion I ordered 2 caldos, 1 with chicken and 1 with just vegetables. They gave me both caldos with chicken and one caldo had no veggies, just 2 little pieces of potatoes and all chicken. I called expecting to get a credit and they said no and what I said wasn't true. What??? They told me that I have to bring the caldo in. I'm already home and I don't live that close to the restaurant. Very disappointing business practices. This will be the last time I come here. Bad service. Menu has different prices posted. I asked for the 3 taco special which comes at 11.99 on the menu. When I got the bill it was 13.99 plus 2 dollars extra. When I asked the person in charge she mentions that prices are subject to change.. . I did not get any special upgrade meat or shrimp. The Nachoes that they offered said melted cheese. It's not melted cheese is cheddar sauce.. when I told them they said that melted cheese is the same as cheddar sauce. Not what the menu says.. My buddy suggested this place. Pretty COVID19 safe .. not too many people inside. The waitress was friendly and even gave me free sour cream. Price was pretty decent for the amount of food you receive. I ordered the quesadilla dinner.. on corn tortillas. We received chips and they were good. The quesadillas was were meaty and cheesy which is a must for quesadillas good. the beans and rice were okay were a bit salty so I did t end up finishing them .....Would like try this place again. read more

Very disappointing. I went to this place because of the great reviews. Boy was I wrong. The steak taste like pot roast and chopped very thick. I have never been to a tacos restaurant that charges for cilantro and onions. And the worst part they didn't even put them on my burrito. I didn't even bother calling to complain. Oh my gosh!! We were in the area and I was pregnant craving tacos and this was 5 minutes away with decent reviews. Pulling up the smell of steak was radiating from the moment I opened my door in the parking lot. Hubby got a burrito and I got steak tacos and this place easily takes a #1 spot for the suburbs. Sat for ten minutes and watched several people walk in and place an order and get their food before me. One guy ordered the same thing I ordered. As I was inquiring as to where my food was, another lady brought me the order. I said thank you to the lady and as I walked away she very rudely began to shout have a nice day several times. Unlimited horchata!! It's not the best I've had but it's definitely not the worst. The food is good, tried the cheese enchilada platter recommended by the nice cashier and the green sauce that it came smothered in was indeed worth the try. The flautas were good as well, tried the potato filled ones and they were topped with green tomato sauce and cheese. The service was super fast. The setting: you walk in and placed the order then your given a number and can seat anywhere you like. Chips and salsa are then brought to your table and not too long after your food arrives. Normally if I don't like a place, I don't talk about it. This time, I kind of feel like I need to give a heads up to folks. If you want to have a conversation with someone while you eat then don't go here. The music was so loud that my daughter was using ASL to talk to me. Good thing she's learning it at high school. We got there just after the dinner rush on a weeknight and of the five of us, three of us ended up getting sick from the food. The only common item that the three of us had was beef in our burritos and on my kid's nachos. With the number of taco places around here, I won't be back, regardless of what I've already mentioned. Nothing that I had that night had any seasoning. Even the salsa was just red and watery with some tomato chunks. It's like they're not even trying, so why should I bother? read more

I was really excited to try Taco Dale especially since it is in the location of the short lived (sadly) Omango. Ordered a 2 al pastor taco combo, a tamale, and an order of chips and salsa to go. Only problem was that they shorted me a taco even though it's clear I paid for it on my receipt. Everything was excellent taste wise. The salsa for the taco was delicious and had good heat. The pastor was outstanding. The pork tamale was a good size and wasn't dry. The salsa and chips were average. The salsa reminds me of another local taco chain but that's gonna happen. The food was above average overall and I will be back. Just upset I was missing one of my tacos. This is reflected in the number of stars I gave them. read more

I was sitting next to tmshaver as a separate guest and all this family did was complain, talk smack about the associates and complain about the food (which they ate completely). The lady was doing her job and cleaning the floor of an un-used area. My mom and I were sitting much closer than this customer and it did not bother us whatsoever. Good food, bad service. I went in for the first time for a carry out order and there was an older woman at the counter. I told her my order and she asked me American or Mexican taco. I said Mexica. I said but cilantro and cheeses only. She replied back with an attitude "that's American." Ok. I'm sorry I thought Cilantro and lettuce was American. After ringing me up for 3 tacos and a soda my total was $18. she grabbed a glass bottle of coke and set it in front of me.
