Time and time again I've either eaten here or ordered through DoorDash…read more. This place is amazing. The pozole is my go-to food and I cannot get enough of it. Small; however, beautiful interior. The service is great! The employees there don't entirely follow back up with you, but they are super kind and will help when they can. I've always gotten the same thing every time and it's become such a comfort food (I'm Vietnamese).

Our table was right next to a metal utility rack they were using to store menus and cleaning products. That's fine, but my head was close to a spray bottle and a bottle of Lysol, which wasn't ideal. They were very busy, so we had high hopes for great food. Unfortunately, many of the items were bland. The beans and rice were especially underwhelming, with very little flavor--you can tell from the picture that the rice is basically plain white rice. My flautas were crunchy with fresh toppings, but the meat lacked flavor. My meal came with a bowl of fideo, but it wasn't delivered before my meal like it was for other tables. In fact, I had to ask for it after our food arrived, which makes me think I wouldn't have received it otherwise. After we finished eating, it took about 15 minutes to get our check. The servers were clearly very busy, but it would have been nice to leave sooner. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back. The noise level was overwhelming, and the food was just okay. If I did return, I wouldn't order anything that comes with beans and rice.

We decided to try a different taco spot instead of one of our usual favorites. El Grullito made the…read morecut because one of my fiancé's coworkers recommended it. It's a cute little spot with a walk-up window and a few benches outside to sit and eat, though there isn't any indoor seating. Since it was so hot out, we ordered a few asada tacos, a sope, and the asada fries to take home and share. The tacos were solid, and I really liked the mild green salsa. The sope was pretty good too. While the asada fries tasted good, they were just okay overall. They looked significantly skimpier than the photo they're using on one of the sandwich boards out front. The toppings were pretty sparse, but the flavor itself was good. Overall, it was a perfectly fine dinner. I don't know that we'll be back, but I'm glad we gave it a try.

They also weren't as nice looking as the photos on the sandwich boards they have out front. The sope was decent. I had high expectations for the asada fries but was a little disappointed when I opened the styrofoam container and the quantity of fries and asada toppings were less than expected. The asada fries were tasty though. I'd come back to order that. The prices seem cheap-ish and reasonable. There are a few long tables out front to eat, but most people seemed to get their food to go.
