I loved going here. The restaurant was clean, well lit and smelled amazing. The parking lot was close to the restaurant with many spaces. The service was fast and friendly. Treated with chips and salsa. Loved that the chips were still warm. We did end up spending more on drinks then food but that's okay it was worth every penny.

Small size watermelon Marg and small size classic Marg. Both on the rocks

Margaritas with a side of chips and salsa on my birthday was definitely the right move. Our server, Javi, was super nice and very quick with service. For our order we each got a margarita on the rocks, one flavored with watermelon and one classic. The chips and salsa were so good and the perfect amount of spice and flavor. For our mains we got carnita tacos and chicken and beef enchiladas. The food was so dang good. We will definitely be back soon!

We were happily eating our food when our son spotted multiple body hairs on his mexican flag platter. Then also on my chicken chorizo platter and all over his jarritos bottle. they did remake the meal that also came out with hair in it. They took that off the bill but needless to say we will not return. Just be mindful for watching for hair in your food.

two plates of food on a table

We have been in twice for dinner and both times walked away full and very happy. My husband loved the burrito Jalisco last night and I have really liked both the Monterey chicken and Arroz con Pollo. Portions are good sized, the menu is full of great options with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is clean, service is friendly and food is served so quickly! We will be making Taco Jalisco a regular stop!

I was not very hungry but I got the flautas for $7, which was a great deal... You get three of them. They give us free chips and salsa to start which is always nice. My fiance ordered a large margarita and it ended up being huge, so be aware, lol ... They also offer a small and medium size. He got the seafood burrito and enjoyed it a lot. I also got a horchata ($5) which was a bit expensive but very delicious, a lot of places use mixes and you can tell that this place does not. I appreciate not feeling like we're bothering the staff and keeping them. Service: Always top notch. They are efficient with serving the food, refilling drinks, and bring chips and salsa nearly as soon as you sit down. Food: I've tried quite a few things here and loved it all. The food I got most recently was a type of taco that you dip. The flavor was beyond amazing, though it definitely had a little kick to it. (I do not do spicy food, but the server said it wasn't spicy. If you're like me, it is a bit spicy). Ambiance: They have fun booths and decorations around the restaurant and always have upbeat Mexican music playing. It's usually somewhat busy, but as we go during off hours, never too full. And, we've never had to wait to be seated, which we really like.

And I have to say I think this is lack of singular focus on just one type of food and offering too many different items is probably what leads to some of their stuff tasting meh to horrible. First, the shareables. The elote fries were completely bland. The fries themselves were soggy and limp (they're called fries, for crying out loud) and despite there being plenty of toppings, none of the toppings worked together. This dish was absolutely awful. Their chips and guac were fine. The guac was nice and limey. The chips were actually quite crispy and well-seasoned, which made no sense to me given the fries were the opposite. Maybe they outsource their chips. Entree-wise, we had tacos, both meat and vegetarian. Meat-wise, the pulled chicken was awful, super dry meat and yet the tacos were soaked through, I have no idea how they pulled that off, so it was pretty inedible. The beef one, which is a recent special, just tasted...wrong. Not sure how to describe it, other than it just left a bad taste in my mouth. The fried fish was actually okay. For the vegetarian options, the falafel was also very off. Something weird about their seasoning, it's just not like your typical falafel so idk what's going on there. The sweet potato and seasonal veggie ones were pretty good, though. Tortillas overall were fine but when you have to double-stack them, and the fillings still soak through, making actually eating them a form of labor, something is not working with how you are building your tacos. Service - everyone seemed friendly enough. Overall - pick a different taco place to get food from.

We even ate before we went so we wouldn't get hangry, but even from the wait of being seated to the time the kitchen finally makes your plate of food, my children were almost in tears because their tummies hurt. My daughter literally only ordered yogurt and fruit. She was the LAST one served. Please train servers to get children's food out quick (for everyone's sanity). When asked how our meal was, I finally did mention that this will be our last time patronizing this establishment. Clearly they are too busy to craft a joyful and memorable experience. It's better if we find a new spot. My previous review still stands. Go if you want a good breakfast, but be prepared to wait awhile and pay a premium for it.

This place is NOT family friendly…read more We arrived with our two children and infant and were told we couldn't bring our stroller onto the deck, so we went back to the car and carried our baby in the car seat instead. Yet we immediately saw another family dining with a stroller, and on our way out there was literally a lineup of strollers near the entrance. There also isn't a changing table, so I had to go back to the car just to change our infant. The food was equally disappointing and extremely overpriced. The calamari portion was tiny, my fish was soggy with the batter falling off and cold fries, and my daughter's sweet-and-sour chicken was mostly batter. My husband ordered a 20-ounce ribeye well done and received what was essentially a medium-rare steak. Our server, Jordan, brought the issue to the manager, Amanda, who only discounted the improperly cooked steak by 50%. When my husband asked to speak with Amanda, we were told she was "too busy" to come to our table. Jordan even commented that there were "a bunch of high schoolers in the kitchen." For the prices they charge, the food, service, and management were incredibly disappointing. Easily one of the worst dining experiences we've had. We will not be back.
