I just ordered from drive-thru; there were four cars in the lot and one in front of me. Someone took my order over the intercom; when I left fifteen minutes later, the car in front of me was still waiting to pay for their food. I know there are at least two people working, because one guy was out back. I took it as a sign that I didn't need Popeye's today, and went to Wing Stop down the street. This feels like a failure of management; the people working are clearly doing their best, but they just don't have enough staff.
