Some of the best fish tacos this side of the border! Tacos are perfectly built. The seasoning in the fish taco crust yummm The cream, crema, sooo good ! Service is great! Be forewarned, if you go on a Friday during Lent, you'll be standing in a line ! Stop by during the week days and enjoy ! Let me know of you've been ! :) Let's be friends ! SYOY

3 fish tacos! & an al pasto burrito in the corner

Been wanting to try Taco Nazo for years and finally tried it and can't believe I've been missing out all these years! Got 3 fish tacos and my husband got the Al pastor burrito (despite me telling him that they are known for fish tacos) but I was glad we got to try both! Friendly and considerate service, love how they asked us if we wanted cilantro in our food because my husband is not a fan of cilantro. The fish tacos were perfectly fried and crispy, topped with cabbage, salsa, cilantro and crema. They offer green and red salsa and normally I gravitate towards the green salsa but I really enjoyed the red salsa here! It had a smokiness like chipotle or something that I really liked. Al pastor burrito was also very filling and flavorful! They even had chunks of grilled pineapple in there. I had a few bites of my husband's burrito and gave him one of my fish tacos and I loved them both. Fish tacos felt more light with the veggies while the al pastor burrito was flavorful and hefty! I gauge the cleanliness of a place by how they keep their sauce containers and their sauce containers were nice and pristine! Store and bathroom were clean as well. Would totally recommend and definitely come back!

Ive been on this tacos kick and my daughter and I went to this location where their fish tacos are . She hyped it up to me and it did not disappoint. It was so delicious and tasty. The batter was crispy just enough to give a good crunch while the fish was perfectly cooked to make it tender and flaky. The service was actually very impressive considering it was a Friday night and they were able to take our order and get it to our table quickly. The line was out the door as the dining room is very cozy and limited so if u plan to go, get there early to grab a table. Thx Taco Nazo! We'll be back...

It is so packed in this place...they definitely should have two registers and two people taking orders. They are super nice and they have alot of people cleaning and in the kitchen. They move pretty quickly but they are just that busy. Great location though which makes a difference. Everything is clean and fresh here. Definitely a good taco nazo

Located right across the street from Mount San Antonio College, this restaurant was fully enclosed and had a full counter for ordering and pick-up. The decor made the restaurant feel comfortable to eat there and was adorned with nice history of the restaurant, including the competition between other taco restautants. I ordered the grilled fish tacos and Carne Asado tacos, which are my favorite for street tacos. The staff were nice and were fairly quick filling my order. I'm looking forward to go to the Bellflower location next!

Taco Nazo is a staple in my world! Delicious tortas, tacos, burritos. The fish taco is legendary for being very generous huge battered white fish topped with creama, pico de gallo, and cabbage. Cilantro and onion plus lime complete it. Also worth mentioning are the fish burrito, shrimp taco, and my favorite: Potato Tacos! They also do a respectable carne asada - not sure if carnitas are still on the menu. You really can't go wrong here. Chips are the thick freshly fried type. This location is across the street from Mt. SAC. Parking is terrible, so be aware. Luckily, turnover is high - please be patient and careful. Lunch is super busy, so use their online ordering to minimize wait times. I always get my order to go- it is very tight to eat inside and can be super loud. I always check the bags before I leave to ensure I have all the salsa, napkins, lime and peppers I need- they are usually pretty consistent, but like I said, super busy, so save yourself aggravation and do a quick check! Salsa is amazing. They have Horchata and Jamaica! Service is great! I love Taco Nazo!

We've been to this Taco Nazo in Walnut many times, and I was craving their Fish Taco today. I always like their Fish Taco, and they were the pioneers of Fish Taco since 1978. I bought 2 orders of fish tacos, shrimp ceviche, and cheese quesadillas for our late lunch today. Fish Taco ($4.49/order x 2) - The fish tacos were so delicious. They were lightly battered & fried. They are also topped with cabbage, tomato, onion, cilantro, and their signature sauce. Shrimp Ceviche ($9.99) - oh my God! They tasted heavenly. I only ordered a small size, but they gave us a lot of fresh shrimp. The shrimps were marinated in lime juice and spices, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and then topped with avocado. It was also served with tostadas and Tapatio packets. They have small, medium, and large sizes. My daughters and I loved it so much. Quesadillas in the hidden menu ($11.75) - I ordered the Cheese Quesadillas for my younger daughter, and she liked the grilled cheese in a flour tortilla and served with a side of pico de gallo, signature salsa, guacamole, and our signature sauce. We liked the Guacamole and the ranch dressing. It was a very satisfying meal.

This location isn't as good as the one on Bellflower. I waited for almost 30 minutes. I checked on my order to find out they had a glitch in their system. Apparently, this happens often. "Matt" the manger was off and they had no one to rectify the issue. The food was ok not as good as my only experience at the other location. I had fish and shrimp taco meal. It is filling and the jicama was a 4/5 It would have tasted better if they handled the situation differently.

Every time I visit Walnut, I try to stop by. The fish taco is my all time favorite. The last review I wrote was 4 years ago, and I'm so happy everything still rings true today. You get what you pay for! Huge battered fish and a side of beans.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was super welcoming and took the time to walk us through the menu and their specialties, which made ordering a lot easier. The shrimp tacos were a pleasant surprise--not your typical style. They're fried and topped with a flavorful sauce that really sets them apart. Solid choice if you want something a little different. The real star of the show was the Poseidon botana aguachiles. We were originally deciding between the Poseidon and the mixta, but they mentioned they could make the botana a Poseidon style, and that's what we went with. Absolutely delicious--super fresh and packed with flavor. Highly recommend this dish. We also tried the tostada de pescado (size small), which was probably my least favorite. It wasn't bad, just didn't stand out compared to everything else. I'd personally skip it next time. One thing to note--there's a small parking lot that was more full than expected given how many people were inside. It seems like it might be shared with nearby businesses, so just keep that in mind. Overall, great experience, great food, and I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu.

There was only one table taken, very clean and you can either order on a tablet or at the counter. The lady who took out order was friendly and explained her most popular items. We choose the birria quesadilla with a small consomé, chilaquiles verdes con huevo, agua de horchata and an agua mitad de pepino y mitad piña as as she recommended. The service was fast, food taste fresh. The chilaquiles were too soggy for my liking. I prefer crunchy tortilla chips, the salsa was ok- not spicy and the egg wasn't scrambled as I asked for. Rice and beans were good. The birria quesadillas was decent, nothing out of this world. The horchata was not good, it tasted powdery - it kind of tasted like a gelatina. The agua de pepino mix was good. Refreshing and not too sweet. I don't think I would be coming back here. I wasn't very impressed.
