On this trip I ordered the Southwest Taco Salad. It was absolutely incredible, and a very generous portion. I literally made a "yum" sound when I took the first bite. The service is okay as you order via tablet and the food is brought to you. It took 15 minutes for the food to be ready. The location itself is small but generally clean. I love this food and will be back. Please bring back the BLT on a Croissant!

The mushroom taco was fine, but the fish tank was entirely too large. I would not recommend getting either of these to go if you're going to be going more than 10 minutes away. The nachos had a kick to them and the cheese was great. I was worried about getting this to go but it worked out great. The burrito I had the next day and it held up great -- I had the carne asada one, which was exciting because as a vegetarian for over 15 years I've never had the chance to try anything with those spices unless I do it myself. Full disclaimer: I love eating meat. Never thought I'd be a regular at a vegan taco joint - but everything we have eaten here has been incredibly flavorful and fresh. Bbq jackfruit looks like pulled pork but doesn't have much protein. It's still super tasty. And I don't know about you - but I hadn't even heard of jackfruit til this place. Chimichuri tempeh is literally bursting with flavor (and feels like it has some protein). It's also bursting with sauce. The kind that drips down your fingers and you lick it and wonder if nearby patrons find that offensive or gross.... Two tacos and a side for $10. Great deal. (Pinto dip was our favorite side so far) The $4 guac and chips was nothing special and a small serving of guac (not bad, but it doesn't hold a candle to the rest of the menu!) Nachos with cashew cheese were tasty! Cheese worked! The bottom chips had no toppings, though. (What can I say - I'm one of those people!) I haven't asked, but I would expect that this is a scratch kitchen. I should ask. Ir maybe they should advertise as such... Small number of tables but it's been fine so far. Free tap water. They take LevelUp. And their menu is small - but I always prefer a place to do a few things but do them really well :) Also - they occasionally have gluten free donuts. ¡Que insípido! I'm a vegan which is why I decided to give their food truck a try and I wasn't impressed at all. I ordered the fried tofu taco and the chorizo taco as well and they were SO bland that all I tasted was the lettuce and a little bit of the sauce on top...no exaggeration! The chips I ordered weren't tasty at all, neither was the dip that they put on the side. I should've known better seeing that there weren't any Mexicans nor Latinos working on the truck that the food wasn't going to taste authentic, but I didn't want to knock it until I've tried it. With that being said, I understand Bostonians love their bland food, but I'll never order from here again! read more
