Recently visited Tacodeli for their BOGO free taco offer on Cinco de Mayo. Tacodeli is known for Mexican-inspired tacos topped with local and organic ingredients and award-winning salsas. They have a great reward app and send offers occasionally. I came in to use the BOGO taco offer I received. I was able to place my order in the restaurant and service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and has a nice outdoor patio area. I prefer the breakfast tacos here and usually get The Otto that is organic refried black beans, double bacon, avocado, jack cheese served on a flour tortilla. It is so flavorful with the bacon and perfectly seasoned black beans with the creaminess of the avocado. Another go-to is the sirloin egg and cheese taco with Vital Farms pasture-raised scrambled eggs, grilled sirloin, jack cheese. This taco is packed with flavor and very filling with all the egg and beef. My all time favorite is the specialty salmon pistachio taco with blackened salmon + crunchy cabbage and pineapple, topped with avocado, sriracha aioli, and feta. It had a combination of sweet, spicy, and smoky flavor profiles and I would order again and again. The salsas are a little spicy for my taste. However. One of my go-to breakfast spots in Austin!

Service was swift and friendly. We were greeted when we walked in. Lots of outdoor seating under trees. Cool painting of the park on the wall. The breakfast tacos were so good I didn't get to take a photo. We got he chorizo egg and cheese on corn tortilla, bacon egg, and the Vaquero were all delicious. I definitely recommend this spot!

I stopped by for lunch with some coworkers and got two tacos I got one steak cowboy taco and one chicken mole taco The chicken mole was delicious, the steak was also good too This location is small inside, less than 20 seats probably but does have some outdoor seating available too. Service is quick, order at the front and was out in less than 7 minutes or so. Only downside with taco deli is most tacos are over $5 so this lunch came out to $15 with taxes/tip

The food is pretty good here :D I always go for the shrimp tacos and a simple coke. The options of their own drinks are great too and I find myself sometimes taking forever to decide what to order haha Brandon at the register was patient and sweet while taking my order. The whole crew always gives me good vibes when I come in - pictures from two different occasions

I have been eating at the Taco Deli at the Austin Airport just about any time I fly somewhere. I stopped here near downtown for the first time and enjoyed the tacos. I had two: the beef steak and the grilled chicken. It took a few minutes to prepare; thus, they were fresh tasting and hot. The tortillas tastes home made, so they were likely just that.

Was visiting Austin over memorial weekend and stopped in after doing a nature walk to grab a couple of their grab and-go tacos. They had a variety of flavors to choose from, including a few vegetarian options. I opted for the bacon, egg, and cheese as well as the black bean and cheese. I still think about the bean & cheese taco to this day!! Service was quick & friendly. Limited seating inside but plenty of outdoor seating available. Next time I'm in Austin I'll definitely be stopping here again to order something off their regular menu. A must try!!

After nearly a dozen trips to Austin, I can't believe I'd never had Tacodeli until now! This place is absolutely delicious, and I ate there three times on my most recent six day trip to the city. Each time I had something different, all equally delicious. I could totally eat my way through the entire menu! This place is sort of like a mashup of Velvet Taco and Torchy's, but it's better than both. I really like the limited menu, and there are lots of vegetarian and vegan options to make everyone happy! My favorite taco actually was the Vegan, because the black beans are crazy good. Like SUPER tasty! I also like that you can choose corn, flour, or wheat tortillas, and they are made with avocado oil. In fact, most of the menu items seem to be healthier than your typical taco spot, and I also appreciate how the restaurant prides itself on using locally sourced ingredients. These are high quality tacos. Prices are in line with most gourmet taco places, think $4.50- $6 per taco. I found two tacos was more than enough for a filling meal, but bigger eaters may want to get an extra. My husband tried the meat and chicken tacos and said they were all good. The shrimp was the weakest, but it was still yummy. The sodas are local and artisan, but they offer free refills. There's a small salsa bar with some yummy sauces as well as big, fresh limes (my favorite). Outdoor seating is plentiful, and the employees are super friendly. Even though the restaurant has a small attached lot, parking is a pain, but you can sometimes find a spot on the nearby neighborhood streets (watch the no parking zones). Also note that if you come during busy mealtimes, you need to be prepared to wait anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. It's worth it for freshly prepared gourmet tacos, though!

LOVE Tacodeli. All the items are amazing. Salsa and queso are great additions. The potato in the tacos is the best! Highly recommend

They knew what they were doing putting this location here. We went on a hike at the trail across the street, and when we came back we were hungry. The meal was perfect! I got two vegetarian/vegan tacos. The location was small but had plenty of seating. It was clean. It was a perfect meal for after a hike.

The bison picadillo is great, especially when paired with the creamy spicy sauce. It's low in fat too!

Tacodeli is one of Austin's best Mexican spots. Food and atmosphere are continually pretty great, prices are average.

Like your girl can eat tacos but I had never been one to be like let's go get some cause I am craving them. But man cuantos tacos can definitely get me saying I want and crave them! I thought prices were pretty fair at 2.75 a piece. After much researchon what to eat in Austin this is one of the spots that I saved as a bookmark. While I was in Austin, a foodie friend on Instagram shared with me her list of recommendations since she just moved to Austin not too long ago. I knew that Ihad to stop by Cuantos Tacos, I mean how often do you see a Michelin BibGourmand taco truck. We came here for dinner but it was cold, sprinkling, anddark out. Tables they had were wet from the sprinkle.  My family only triedthe suadero taco ($2.75 per taco) but OMG it was the best thing we ate duringour trip in Austin. It was super memorable, the meat was soft and the salsaadded the perfect kick to it. It's been a month, my husband and I are still daydreamingabout these tacos.  Tacos are madepretty fast, we had to order tacos 3x since they were so good, we kept wantingmore. Wait time was super reasonable. Staff are nice and if I lived closer Ican see myself coming here every taco Tuesday! This definitely is a must go tospot if you like tacos.   Tips: *Small parking lot *Outdoor seating only *Credit card accepted *Porta Potty in theback (night time it is pretty dark and hard to see) *They cater. *You can also orderonline for pick up. Tips: Credit card and cash accepted. Outdoor seating option only. Restroom is port a potties. Located in an area with other food trucks.

I ordered 2 steak tacos and horchata, both very delicious. The horchata is milky and sweet but not crazy sweet, and topped off with cinnamon. The steak tacos came out pretty hot, fresh from the grill. I got them on corn tortillas and I'm glad I did: idk if they make them in house but somebody in some house is making these because they definitely aren't store bought, and if they are I want to know where! I tried the orange habanero and creamy serrano salsas. The habanero was spicy off the bat, while the serrano had more of a lingering burn. Both paired well with the steak. They have a little bar, too, though I did not imbibe this time. Seems like they have a decent selection of agave spirits, and even Campari behind the bar (iykyk).
