WORST SERVICE EVER This weekend me (a 7 year food service industry expert) and my Wife come here multiple times a week since moving to the area 7 months ago... the last 2 nights we've came we've had the worst service we've ever experienced. Friday night we came and they were upset we ordered at 11:02.... when their open sign was on.. It was almost an hour before close and they were already cleared out cleaned and upset I ordered our usual, an order of nachos with meat and they looked at each other and turned the open sign off.... Okay didn't say anything, cool. Saturday night which is tonight we order two nachos with meat. After we got the natchos we noticed something was off. All the nachos normally come with jalapeños and my wife looks at me and says "oh that's what's missing I have no jalapeños" and I looked down and had like 10 chips... I got up went and ask them for a little thing of jalapeños and asked for some more chips. I explained our reason and was just told "sorry we only have chips and salsa so I'll have to charge you" when I told them that for some reason we had no jalapeños and on one order and that we had barely any chips on the other he told me all orders come with jalapeños and I'd have to buy chips and salsa. I was a little apprehensive upon ordering and I stuck with items that are naturally gluten and dairy free. I ordered ceviche (on special) which came with two big corn chips for dipping. My friend ordered a taco and some guacamole. The ceviche was delicious and I would highly recommend it. I did have some of my friend's guacamole and it was exceptionally delicious and full of flavor. Masks are not required to dine outside. Bathroom is inside Cosmic. There's a terrible smell throughout the outdoor dining area. It made my dining experience worse than it had to be. My guess is the dumpsters at the corner. I got the migas with poblanos taco because people seem to really like it. It honestly was underwhelming. There was no flavor, just eggs. The red is spicy and the orange is habanero (yeehaw). Haven't had the green since I stuck to my two winners. There's usually a little line but it moves fast. So much that we returned a few days later but this time on a Saturday. Our food was undercooked and under seasoned. This is a nice little taco truck in parking lot of meanwhile brewing. There was always a line of people ordering it but their service was fast and smooth. We really liked their guacamole which tasted really fresh and salsa was always perfectly spiced for us. Their veggie burrito also had perfect balance of veggies and rice which made it taste better. Some people don't like onions. I understand this may be hard to believe for the majority who like onions, but it is true. As one who doesn't like onions, I accept the burden of dodging their ubiquity in most cuisines. I don't expect restaurants to leave them out of their cooking.
