Decided to give this place a try and ordered something out of my norm, the "Chile Relleno Burrito" and added Carne Asada to it. This was a no go for me. Lacked flavor what helped it was the red salsa they give you. Again, I ordered it with Carne Asada yet it barely had any kind of meat in it and what meat it did have had chunks of fat. I felt like I was eating a $15 bean and cheese burrito with a Chile Relleno added to it. To top it off the stem of the Chile Relleno was still in the burrito. Will I be giving this place a try again? Maybe! Steel Craft has other good food options so I would really have to be in the mood for tacos and it won't be asada. read more

Simple and no frills is how I would describe Tacos Arandas. The Pastor burrito was a 7/10. It has good texture and physically appealing but lacks flavor and is just ok. The Asada burrito was an 8/10. I enjoyed it the most in this meal, the flavor of the asada and rice were more defining and present and I enjoyed it. The chicken tacos were 5.5/10. Could have been elevated with some cilantro, cumin, garlic and citrus in the marinade/seasonings and have a deeper sear on the exterior. The salsa were ok, the salsa verde was a bare bones tomatillo salsa: a great base but no heat factor or other flavors. The salsa roja was preferred in the tacos and burrito, a nice kick that fades quickly but over powered the pastor and chicken. Both salsas were smooth and borderline hot sauces versus a chunkier/pulp salsa. Not a bad place if you're hungry, definitely potential to improve and make an impact in the 562 taco scene read more

Yummm! I can only speak on the quesadillas because that's all we tried but they were delicious! They're pretty big too, and were very cheesy with a generous amount of meat in them. We tried them with cabeza and buche, both were really good, but cabeza is my favorite meat choice so I liked that one the most. I've ordered 2x through Uber eats and love this place. Chorizo tacos are bomb. The Al pastor is good, as well as the asada. I don't like onions so ordered grilled onions for my dad and oh man they're amazing. I even ate the onion. I also spooned the sauce it comes in onto my tacos!! Their salsa is really spicy, but I put a tiny bit on my tacos with the grilled onion sauce and man it was amazing. Their horchata was really good too. Didn't realize they were in steelecraft so I'll have to go by soon and try it fresh. read more

I love the food here, the nachos are so good and the champurrado after 5pm, chef kiss. They have good dessert. The service is pretty quick and are very nice. This place is located inside a steel craft, they have live music Friday and Saturday's later in the night. Or earlier in the day, the place is nice and cool, gentle, and calming. read more

Like many others have said here, the flavor isn't there. Pastor Burrito - 1.5/5 - generic burrito with a lack of flavor for 11$ Asada Quesadillas- 2/5 - meat and size was ok . The cheese was a bit weird. Not your general gooey mozzarella goodness but a more plastic complexion. Only thing that saved it was the red sauce to give it a bit a flavor. This place is absolutely delicious! They have the meats your average taco shop or truck doesn't have and it's soooo good! The workers are friendly! The Horchata came in a big bottle but was very good! The area is a nice place to eat! We sat and ate and ordered food from a Filipino place in the same area. Just isn't the quality I expected. I got two burritos and a mulita. The Al pastor meat is not what I expected. It wasn't in a trompo which is fine but it had no flavor whatsoever. The beans again no flavor and the rice was mushy. The guacamole was probably not made from them. The texture is like the ones buy at the store but not authentic because it only wasted like avocado. I ordered a chorizo mulita and I got a asada one. Surprisingly the asada had some taste to it. I went for the first time today and to be honest I didn't have much expectations from this place. I notice they had two of my favorite meats, cabeza and cachete. You must don't see that around here. Again, didn't expect much from this place. The girl who took my order was nice. She asked if I needed anything extra and asked for two green and two red salsas, didn't mind the extra charge. I got my order at a very decent time along with what I asked for. The ONLY thing I was expecting was fork and knife, im sure they would've given it to me without hesitation if I asked but I just grabbed it and got myself a seat. It looked tasty, the salsas looked decent...... until I tried them! Wow, very good! Loved the flavor of both green and red. My Mulitas were nicely filled with meat, they did not skimp me on meat which I liked and the flavor was very very good. I was very surprised with my food and would definitely recommend. I ordered carne asada burritos. Wasn't expecting a bean burritos sprinkled with asada crumbs.

The pork and carne asada are not good. The meat is far too greasy to enjoy. I had a side of beans and rice, which was about $4 more, the beans were extremely watery like diarrhea and they tasted like they were straight out of a can. They even messed up the rice somehow, it was really garlicky. For the prices that they charge I expected a lot better. read more
