Onions and cilantro are optional but had to have them. Al Pastor was the winner. Followed by the carnitas and lastly the asada. Al Pastor had great flavor and the asada was just ok. Didn't try their salsas as I wanted to taste their meats without for the first time. Open until 10pm on week nights and 11pm on weekends. Closed on Mondays.

Like more milk was added or something, not enough spices or flavors added in IMO. Ordering was easy, I felt rushed, but it was the waiting to hear my number that was difficult. Listening for the number in the dining area while the music was blasting was difficult, so it's better to wait by the truck. Parking is limited but there are always cars coming and going so if you can wait a little, a spot will open up.

The Carne Asada, Suadero, and Al Pastor are all standouts, but the Al Pastor especially earns its spot. They serve it with pineapple, which is the way it's meant to be done and a detail that tells you they actually care about getting it right. These are easily some of the best tacos in San Jose, and I don't say that lightly given how much competition there is in the South Bay. But the drinks alone might be worth the trip. Their Horchata and Agua Fresca are genuinely among the best I've had anywhere in the Bay Area and that's a real statement in a region with no shortage of excellent options. My go-to protein is al pastor and I'm happy to say that the al pastor here is absolutely delicious. It's tender and deeply seasoned, topped with pineapple to balance it all with some sweetness. They also offer a taco deal on Wednesdays as well so if you didn't get your taco Tuesday fix, THIS is your place. There is parking on the side with 4 spots but you could also park down the street as well!
