I let'm have a few months under their belt before visiting since they opened their brick & mortar. Oh, man. Big thanks to the reviewers who posted pics of the Quesabirria. If you are not familiar with this dish, it started in Tijuana, and has slowly moved North. Thank the food gods for that. It's essentially beef pot roast, inside two gently fried corn tortillas lined with cheese, and garnished with diced onions and cilantro like street tacos. The consome that the beef is braised in is served on the side for dipping, with a nice swerve of herbs/spices that only Abeualas know. Spectacular and so hearty. I take it that traditionally it should be made with goat, but none of us can visit the grocer and pick up a goat roast, so... Only place doing it in the Spokane/C'dA metro that I know of, but 100% of the gringo joints will probably never have it on their menu. If I wind up being wrong--great. Didn't come cheap ($16), but I had the third taco for a lite din-din, so no complaints from moi. Also got a generous pour of the hard stuff, with a Modelo Negro, and off to food coma I went. With the exception of maybe five Mex joints in the area, I had pretty much given up on having experiences like we LOVE in Central Washington. These guys enter very select company for our family's choice in Mex west of Tri-Cities/Moses Lake. This is working man's fare...

Man I saw so many great features photos on FB and Insta but noticed not many and not super great reviews for Yelp... hmmm well let's change that, cause man I'm stuffed and so satisfied! The food was great and flavorful, amazing portion sizes, and friendly staff!! Will definitely be back for sure!

Burrito El Carbron. Comes with Carne Asada, adobada, rice, beans, sour cream, and Pico. I asked for mine with no Pico

Some of the best birria we've ever had, did not expect to find it in Spokane. Great service, too. LA stamp of approval.

Really tasty simple tacos. Love the fish taco too. Glad there's a decent place now near the office.

I got the Pint Burger, and honestly, I was a little disappointed. For a place that's known for burgers, I was surprised they use frozen patties. They also don't ask how you want it cooked, and I thought it was a little bland for the price. The sweet potato fries were really good though, especially dipped in BBQ sauce like our server recommended. My husband got the chicken quesadilla, and he said it was really good. It came with a different kind of sour cream that he really liked. We'd probably come back, but next time I'd order something different instead of the burger.

There are plenty of TVs all throughout so you are not missing a thing. Service was absolutely phenomenal. I believe my server's name is Stephen and he was super cool., gave really good recommendations was friendly and funny The food was literally fantastic. Five stars five gold stars all the way around! The next time in Spokane, I will definitely be going back here.
