I expected it to be ready at the 4 pm pickup time that I specified. When I walked in, only 3 tables were occupied by diners, and there was no line at the counter. However, when I said I was there to pick up a catering order, the employee gave me a look that said he was unprepared and didn't know about my order. He called someone on the phone to discuss the matter. Then after a short while the staff in the kitchen increased from 2 workers to 6 workers. They started working on my order. It was ready 25 minutes after I arrived. A worker helped me take it to my vehicle in the parking lot. Since I had both of my children with me, I appreciated the help. I expected to wait 5 minutes for them to locate my prepared order. Instead, I waited 25 minutes and was late to the next event for my family that day.
