Yes I, definitely recommend this place!!!!!!! This is one of the best taco stand places I have been too. The service the ladies provide here is by far the best service . The ambience is great , it's not too noisy. I have tried just about everything in the menu and I have to say that everything the ladies serve here is so delicious. In regards to the sauces , the red sauce is spicy but so good , I mean if you like spicy sauce you will definitely like this one . The green sauce has an amazing flavor as well, it's the best green sauce that I have had . Try this place out , I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed. Keep in mind that if you ask for extra sauces there is a slight charge ... nothing different than asking for extra items at any other restaurant, you know I am right. Wow I haven't even tried the tacos yet , as I'm waiting for my order and this is the reason I will always come back to the stand. She overcharged the other customer for corn tortilla and gave her back the change. I'm not putting anything out there but my past experiences they always over charge me and they definitely aren't honest enough to admit it. I love a business who doesn't take advantage of people and is very honest. Even if the food wasn't good( which I doubt highly ) I would still support. These are real street tacos, and if you don't believe me, go and see who's lining up to buy them (hint: it's not food bloggers). The price is around 1.50 per corn taco and is higher for flour (sorry, I don't remember, but it's either 1.75 or 2.00), and they only take cash. Order 3-5 tacos per person, and in turn you'll receive the most humble of culinary masterpieces: small tacos filled with tender meat, grilled onions, cilantro, avocado, a small bag of limes, and a couple green sauces. It's all you expected, and it's all you need. I also want to drop a HEAVY recommendation for their barbacoa. This place was here before Hwy 6 Tacos, and I'd say they're better. They get no credit because they're only open for lunch, so go for lunch and you won't regret it. read more

I absolutely love the barbarcoa tacos, they're very flavorful. The green sauce is so good. I feel like I've had better al pastor tacos; these ones were dry. I had a torta once, which was also dry. Absolute worst tacos ever had. The meat had no flavor at all. The avocado tasted old. Absolutely no flavor whatsoever. What a waste of money. I will never go there again. This was obviously just a waste of money, the food is terrible. However the hot sauce was really good. They also label to Tacos which was really cool and convenient. They actually went out of the way to put a lime I need Taco that was wrapped. I thought that was really nice as well but again the food was terrible. The Fajita had absolutely no flavor. The pastor was cold and had no flavor at all. They did well with the hot sauce but the meat taste old and cold and I will never go there again. My vains would begin getting the itch for their el pastor during lunch and my craving needed to be fulfilled. This is the best #taco spot in cypress in my opinion. Consistent and bold flavors that will make you weak in the knees. This place is cash only so make sure you bring enough because one taco is not enough. I hadn't been in a few years to be honest, but the quality is still just as succulent and tender as I remember. Only thing they added was avocado which is a thoughtful addition but I actually thought it didn't need it. Authentic street tacos. I kinda didn't want to post on here because I don't even want people finding out about this little gem. Basically they are the best tacos. Every time I try another spot I'm disappointed and not only do they never taste as good but they charge more too. I dream about the beef fajitas in my sleep. She gives you cilantro, alvacado, grilled onions, limes and delicious salsa for no extra charge. Once you go Taco's Jose you don't go back. If I was a prisoner I would consider these as a last meal. I have probably eaten here now hundreds of times, the fajita huaraches are great but extremely messy! Barbacoa tacos are great. The San Luis style enchiladas are so good, they remind me of the street food I had while in San Luis Potosí. The breakfast tacos are a must & the burritos are huge. Me and the wife usually split it. Will keep eating this very delicious food. The hot sauces are both freshly made everyday and very tasty and spicy. The red sauce can fluctuate in spice levels but I don't mind at all! read more

My family and I have eaten many things on the menu, all fantastic! Today we ate the chicken burritos, usually we order the beef. I prefer the beef however their chicken was good. Most days we order their breakfast tacos either potato egg & cheese, or beef, bacon, or chorizo, all excellent with their green sauce, the red sauce is good we prefer the green.
