First time and it won't be the last. Menudo was delicious and properly served. Large bowl can feed 2-3 people. Staff were very friendly as well. Thumbs up to this place.

My coworker picked this up for lunch. Only regret was I didn't ask to get more. The tortilla was thin but enough to hold the filling. I really enjoyed the cabbage and pickled onions.

Great spot for filling and mexican street style. I believe the pastor is better but they both can be a bit better. However for the price, you can't beat Tacos La Rueda. The tortillas are handmade corn, with a really spicy salsa and guac sauce to combo with your choice of meat. Food 4 Less offers a free taco and drink coupon. I was able to get an agua fresca, 3 birria tacos + consume, and 3 asada tacos togo for $15 flat. You really can't beat it. Stop by for taco tuesday but avoid the lunch or dinner rushes.

Went to try out this place and it did not disappoint! Menudo was delicious! Its so hard to find menudo blanco in L.A... And their menudo blanco was excellent -- a generous serving with plenty of meat, hominy, and great flavor. The place was clean and well organized. Loved the old skool metal tables. The staff are also very kind and friendly. Will go back and try some of their other dishes as well.

My favorite place for menudo and hand-made flour tortillas !!! The menudo is nice a clean and does not have the menudo smell. It is served steaming hot and with all the yummy compliments- onion, cilantro, lime, oregano, chile chilpetin and many more.... The frijoles puercos are 10/10 !!! My son ordered the asada torta and said is his new favorite place for tortas - 10/10 !!! Generous asada portions and guacamole!!! Service is always on point - friendly employees. It is a small restaurant, so seating might be a challenge for large groups.. highly recommend this place ... tons of parking ...

Came here back to back. The food here is DELICIOUS. I loved the mulitas. The cashier guy is so humble and the sweetest person ever. His smile and how nice he was made my day. I asked him to help me pick since it was my first time and he was more than willing to help. I love it here and it's my new go to for lunch. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Carne asada nachos were a hefty sized portion and the meat was marinated and seasoned well

I was craving nachos and have also been looking for a local, authentic tacos spot and La Rueda met the craving. I only tried the carne asada nachos and had a jamaica, and both were tasty. The meat had a good flavor and I will definitely be back to try their tacos of different meats and other dishes soon. The mural on the wall added vibrancy to the clean and organized dining area. The service was nothing stellar nor was the girl who took my order anything beyond polite but they got my order right and in a timely manner.

The food is great!!!! Amazing everything on the menu is delicious I had seen this place on IG and finally was able to come and try. We even ordered food to go I can't say enough of this place. It's small but worth the sit down Service was great, the music a little loud but manageable

If you are feeling like eating menudo and tacos de asada Sonora style, this is the place! Tacos La Rueda is located at a plaza with other establishments, so there is enough parking space. The place itself it's a bit small. Sometimes I've waited for a table, other times my family members have shared tables with other people. That might sound weird for some, but the vibes are great! I try to eat there because ordering to go causes my tacos to get soggy. The customer service 10/10, the cashiers, cooks and waiters have always been very welcoming and helpful with any requests. They tend to be busy, but they are on top of it! Now, the food. Oh my! As a native from Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, I highly recommend this place. Not only you feel like you are welcomed, but the food is VERY close to the authentic taste, a close 9/10. My family from out of state enjoys coming here for the taste, and because they open early - compared to other taquerias that sale Sonora style food. It is becoming a staple to have breakfast here the morning after a family gathering. My family and myself have tried the menudo, tacos de asada, lorenzas, caramelo, asada nachos (humongous by the way), hot dogs (or dogos as we call them), chilaquiles and tortas de cabeza. The tacos and lorenzas are my absolute favorite. I am not a big fan of menudo but the taste is authentic. The cabeza was a bit greasy for my taste, but still good. The dogos are sooo close in flavor; I think the bread is missing a little something to reach its full potential. The cebada is simply delicious. Do not try it if you are not familiar with the taste since is very particular. I enjoy eating here because it is a local authentic spot. They also sell machaca, coyotas, tortillas, and other typical Sonoran foods if interested. They also have other types of meats and meals, but the tacos de asada are a must!

I only waited a few minutes after. I received my food. It was well packaged. They offered me some salsa. I took the red, green and the bag with some lemons and cucumber. I ordered a vampiro with carne asada and al pastor(con todo), chicken taco, birria taco ( con todo) I'm going to start with my favorite, to my least favorite. Vampiro: visually it looked very appetizing. I was excited to try it. The looks were not deceiving! It was flavorful crunchy. It made me happy when I bit into it. My only Takeaway would be that it was a bit greasy. Aside from that, I loved it! Chicken taco: this one surprised me. When I bit into it, it had a nice smoky flavor in the meat. Very tasty! With a dash of the red and green salsa with a lemon squeeze! it really elevated it more. My only Takeaway would be a little dash of some salt overall I enjoyed this taco and it was delicious. Birria taco: this one made me sad. It was my least favorite and I love Birria. It lacked flavor the meat was chewy even with the salsa and lemon, I hated it. Super greasy although it looked beautiful it was not it. I wish I could have scored it better. I spent $14.80 I think this included the tip.

After purchase I looked at receipt and saw it had 2x of each carne asada and al pastor quesotacos, I figured that's fine to have extras. I Also got 10x al pastor tacos, 10x carne asada, 6x carnitas with all the garnishes, onions and cilantro. Took it to go to a soccer game. There were 2 boxes of quesotacos.. and only 2 tacos in each box. So now I'm confused wondering why the cashier said each order came with 3 and I'm still confused whether they skimped me on 8 quesotacos or I got the 4 that was on the receipt because the menu does not say how many it comes with. The quesotacos were good, came with red onions and peppers pineapples and sauce on the side in the box. Took the rest of the 26x tacos home to my parents and I wish they had onion and cilantro at their bar because the tacos hardly had any at all. Usually the cilantro and onions will fall off and you can put it back in the taco but that definitely wasn't even the case. Some of the tacos didn't even have any onions or cilantro, they totally missed. The carnitas was not good, there was this white hard chewy thing in them I don't know what it was. The Al pastor and carne asada were good. The amount of meat in the tacos was below average. I've been to other places that give a lot of meat. Which was surprising because the quesotacos had a lot of meat, the regular tacos did not. Anyway, I think I got the short end of the stick here.
