It was very filling, it doesn't look like much, not too pretty, but it's a good sandwich especially if you want something a little different than a typical burger. People working at the drive-through window are always very nice and polite and I have not had an issue with any of my orders. You do need to wait a little longer than a typical drive-through, but I never mind. As I mentioned in a previous review I do wish it was easier to get in and out of the parking lot depending on traffic it can be a little tricky because of the location of the entry/exit spots and the timing of the traffic lights. They have a wide variety of foods so if you are feeding a family or group with different wants this would give you a pretty good choice of making everyone happy.

When I gave my information, she told me she couldn't find my order. I politely showed her the email confirmation and offered to open the order in the app as well. She asked if it was just a screenshot, and I explained that it wasn't and that I could show her the live order in the app. Without much explanation, she walked away. When she returned, she told me that the person who placed the order had to physically be at the restaurant for it to "pop up." I had placed the order about 20 minutes earlier, so that didn't make sense. My husband then spoke with her and explained the same thing--that it was my order for a cheeseburger redeemed with my rewards points. What bothered me most was how I felt I was being treated. I may not have looked my best that evening, but I have never stolen anything, and I certainly wouldn't try to steal a free cheeseburger that I had legitimately redeemed with my own points. I left feeling embarrassed and judged instead of helped. I understand that technology can have issues, but customer service matters. A little patience, communication, and respect would have made this situation much easier.
