    Fresh Oysters for our appetizer.

This is our local, and favorite, Mexican seafood restaurant. They're family owned/operated. The food and service are always consistently great, and we've been coming here for years. They have a smaller dining room, as well as patio seating in front. It's very popular, so you may have a wait, but it's definitely worth it. The seafood is always fresh. We love the oysters on the half-shell, the Mexican style shrimp cocktails, the Aguachile, and the fried seafood plates. They also offer a Children's section on their menu. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality. We love to support our local small businesses, and we'll be faithful customers as long as we live here. I highly recommend!

The aguachiles and botana are amazing. The aguachiles were so soft they almost melted in my mouth i could smash them with my tongue. Would definitely return for the aguachiles

The restaurant is clean and the staff is polite and attentive. The food is less than desirable. While it isn't the worst in the world. It is not somewhere I would come to eat. The aguachile sauce seemed like it was mixed with some dairy and not very tasty. The presentation was not that great either.

What I appreciate about this place is how tasteful the food is. The staff is always friend even if they have a full house 99.9 percent of the time. The ambiance is high spirited and hungry. The only thing negative is that it is busy and your food may not be ready early but it's worth the wait.

Was in the area and wanted some mariscos and saw good reviews for this place, it did not disappoint. All the food we had was good. Everything had good flavor and it was fresh. Prices were not bad for being a seafood restaurant. Thank you Mariscos El Guero will be coming back soon.

We came on a Friday evening since we can't eat meat on Fridays, and it was randomly closed without a sign or notice, very disappointing

I would've rated this a 5 star but had to knock one star off…read more I came with my family who tried the place just a day before and told us how amazing it was so we had to try it out. It was next to the mall so we can hangout before and after dinner. It was confusing, the building of the place is connected to another restaurant on the other side so we didn't realize until after parking and had to earl around to find the entrance. Upon entering, it was dark and resembled a bar setting, a little stuffy and loud. Luckily our table was outside so after sitting, it wasn't as loud. We were a pretty large group, we got chips and salsa on the table and our other half group was running a bit late. So we ordered for the whole table and kept a menu in case the m others want to order too. The reason for the one star off is how hard it was to get a server to help, we got plates for our food but no utensils, we wanted more chips but someone had to point out another server will help instead, and only one (maybe manager) was really helpful and quick but we only saw them once. Maybe it was busy so they were all working but we felt a bit ignored for a while. My uncle wanted to order a breakfast dish but we didn't realize breakfast was only until a certain time because our server said no breakfast. We ordered a lot of food too, enough to bring back for us all to have lunch the next day. We got Tablón el Paisa, Molcajete regular, and other dishes across the other table. The cheese was super delicious when hot, once it's cold it's hard to share without a knife. My favorite is the quesadilla I used to make a burrito out of all the meats and guacamole. The pork was delicious and my son ate a lot of it. The bacon shrimp was a bit hard, chewy, and dry, had to dip it in sauce. Everything else was delicious and would definitely comeback but on a less busy day to see if service is better! Restrooms were inside and so a bit of a walk from the patio into a log hallway.

Since then we've felt absolutely nauseous and my two sons eventually vomited this morning around 5:00AM. My boys had the kids pizza with fries and a free ice cream that came with the kids order, I ordered the taquitos appetizer. The only food items all three of us shared were the chips and salsa, the french fries that came with the pizza, and the ice cream. Have never liked El Pescador, only went to watch the Mundial, but now getting possible food poisoning has been the icing on top. Will not be eating here any time soon, hopefully ever again. Also, total was like $50 for a kids meal and appetizer, which genuinely weren't good. I took the majority of our food home as left-overs.

Prior to this visit, it had been quite a long time before we had stopped by a California Fish Grill…read morelocation. If I remember correctly, this location opened some time in the middle of last year (2025) because I remember seeing them remodeling when I visited Urbane Cafe next door. We were picking up an online order next door at Urbane Cafe, and we were intrigued enough by California Fish Grill, as there were a constant stream of customers coming and going, that we decided to place an order online. Once we placed an order online, we noticed that there was an offer (purchase a drink and get a Everything Protein Bowl for free) so why not order another item since we were already there. Lobster Roll Plate $27.95 Everything Protein Bowl (white rice) $12.99 (Free w/ Drink purchase - App) Cajun shrimp, salmon, swai and grilled chicken served over white rice, beans, diced tomato, chili mix and chopped parsley. Served with a side of our Roasted Tomatillo Salsa. Soft Drink $3.60 Of course with any takeout order, the items do not taste as fresh as eating them in store, but we had a few errands to run before enjoying these items. I have no frame of reference for Lobster Roll costs anymore, so we thought that the price was not bad for the amount given along with the taste. We did have a shell piece in our Lobster Roll, so I guess that at least lets you know it is actually pieces from a lobster. The Everything Protein Bowl sure was larger than expected! With the amount of protein included in this bowl, it was more than worth it, especially at its price. Since we were not sure how "spicy" the chili mix could be, we asked for no chilis, but there were still some on the plate. The order was ready for us when we walked in and there were a few customers enjoying their meals as well. The odd thing was, there were no trashcans anywhere! So, of course, plates/trays were left on tables for the employees to clean. If the employees are busy, then the trash is just left there on the tables. A bit untidy and inconvenient if one is looking for a place to sit. I guess one could move the trays to consolidate on another table but it is just a bit odd that we did not see a trashcan anywhere. There was plenty of parking in front of the restaurant as there are more parking spots than actual storefronts in this plaza. Overall, we would return again.

Stopped to eat here with my mom after a long day of shopping…read more I ordered salmon with garlic butter, rice, and tomato, and feta salad. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and definitely not dry. It was bright orange with a buttery center that flaked easily with a fork. Literally melted in my mouth. The rice was fluffy and tender with a warm flavor. The tomato and feta salad was excellent. The tomatoes were firm with just enough feta, and olive oil with a hint of lemon. I will definitely be back to try a new dish.
