$1 TACO TUESDAYS! I tried the al pastor, carne asada, and lengua. I think my favorite was the asada. The cashier will ask if you want "everything on it" and you should say yes! Your tacos will come with a slice(s) of lime, a few diced radishes, baby onions, and pickled carrots and jalapeños. The tacos doesn't come with guacamole or sour cream but it is not necessary. The meat is juicy and flavorful as is. Just add a squeeze of lime, and you're good to go! read more

Sauce barely want to give any for your food even though you have multiple items, not very friendly also sometimes they charge a 75 cent charge fee sometimes they don't and they don't even have a sign letting customers know that there will be extra charge. read more

The truck is parked in an enclosed location with its own parking. It is comfortable and fenced in, separate from the street. There's a small area in the front with tables and the tacos are $ 1.25. You can watch the cooks make your food, so that's a HUGE plus (at least for me, ;p). I love this place! San Pablo in Northeast Bay has plenty of taco trucks, but Tacos El Primos has the best Al Pastor in a five mile radius. Service is prompt, despite an ever present line (huge on Tuesdays!). These nice folks make great food at an affordable ($1.50/taco base) price. Plenty of off-street parking along with a little overhang eating area for those rainy winter days. read more

Another fine example of food done right. Spotted this gem after attending an art show at the NIAD center across the street. Ordered us up some carnitas tacos and dug in. There was a lot of yumming going on while we scarfed those sucker down. It was meant to tied us over until dinner but I was regretting that decision when I swallowed my last bite. Los Primos has the best tacos, no doubt. Asada, cabeza, lengua, whatever you get it is bound to be a great choice. Delicious consistancy, value and great service is to be expected. Delicious and cheap tacos. I like to come here when I am visiting my mother in law. She doesn't live too far away. The lady that takes my order is always extremely friendly and I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes for my tacos. Ive had both a carne asada burrito and carne asada tacos from here , the steak is either cooked too long in the spices or the slices it self are a bit off . I like how you can order cebellitos for a side though , not a huge fan or corn tortillas . read more

My boyfriend and I were driving around Richmond trying to find La Flor de Jalisco but couldn't, so we just ended up at this taco truck. Apparently it's where Kool John gets his tacos lol. I ordered 4 carne asada tacos with green sauce and I got 2 with flaming, red sauce instead (I didn't get to tell them because we had already drove off when I looked into the bag they gave us).
