Torta de asada and burrito (asada) - as a Mexican i appreciated that they used frijoles de la Hoja for the burrito needless to say my fluffy ass was happy! both were delicious what I loved is it wasn't heavy food like sometimes Mexican food can be. Definitely coming back for the pozole They have agua frescas : melon, pina(pineapple) pepino (cucumber), horchata. Jamaica, naranja (orange) Fresh pozole, caldo de res you name it. Good tacos! We tried asada, pastor, and tripas. My favorite was the tripas. Had nice little crunchiness to them and were delicious. It was a Thursday at lunch time and the service was good. I've been here before but it's been a long time. Stopped by to see if they were as good as I remember. I went with carne asada, tripa, and cabeza. Every taco was good! My only complaint would have been that I like my tripa a little more crispy. That's a personal preference that I'm sure I could have requested. The tripa itself had great flavor. Fast and great service. I ordered al pastor for my taco meat and it was flavorful. Nice that it came with a little bit of everything, which included salad, chips, beans, and rice. Red velvet cake was good, just a tad bit dry for my liking though. The customers here are regulars so you know the food is good! read more

Solid 4! You know i loves me a good taco and burritoooooooo....Sorry, i was drooling! But today i surprised myself and got a taco y torta plate .. love the corn tortilla used for the taco. Asada for both. I love the flavor of the green salsa and the red salsa is hella spicy but good. I love spicy im a spicy x4 kinda girl so if im saying it then believe it . I also love how much cilantro and onion was on the taco so brownie points for that! The torta was decent too it was big bigger than I expected and it had fresh tomatoes and avocado on it. large interior and easy to navigate menu. Friendly service . Good value. i ordered the 2 soft taco combo which was prepared with my choice of meat. (Asada.) the plate came with 2 tacos , refried beans , chips, Spanish rice and a small salad . The refried beans were a little thin and watery but the Mexican cheese sprinkled on top was very fresh. i could also use a few more chips . the Spanish rice was moist and tasty . The side salad was unnecessary for me , but I ate it. Asada tacos delicious. They also have a good assortment of deserts here which i didn't order . my main complaint is personal and may not apply to the general public . they have a large wall mounted tv and had the volume way too high . i did notice that other customers were watching -so i'm not saying the tv was bad , just the high volume on the sound. yes i would come again . read more

It is horrible they have an employee that is not knowledgeable of their own menu she had to come and browse the menu with us horrible then the burritos are the same size of a small sub from 7-11 the ambiance was very uncomfortable I do have a African American wife and I'm a Latino and she seemed to have some sort of vendetta out on black people cuase she shunned us off after complaining that this 13 dollar burrito is just not worth it and why my wife's burrito didn't get her beans and rice on the side not inside ..bad the pictures on the menu show way bigger meals yet then portions they serve us very small bad bad bad place do no go read more

I asked if they could add one more enchilada to the order, which I've asked before at other low and high end Mexican restaurants with no issues (I know full well it'll be an extra charge) and the lady in charge said no, she couldn't add one extra, I would have to place a whole separate order of three more. I ended up not purchasing the other items I was going to buy in order not to give them any more of my money for such poor service. After sitting & waiting for a bit they yell across the room asking what kind of enchiladas I had ordered because they couldn't remember. It came out to $50+ for three of us. If you have frequented this place then you know that their burritos now are half the size they used to be. And the prices are higher. The food is good at most of the locations I've been to so if I'm craving it I will purchase. After today I realized there is no reason for me to still go here when I'm getting less than what I pay for. I bought three burritos and paid $35.. there's no sides or anything. Just three burritos. I guess maybe there is a side since I counted nine chips that they threw in the bag. And I have to pay extra for pico de gallo. If you are looking for a good food place please don't go here. The food was ok , but very small portions and overpriced ! I paid 16 dollars for a child's plate , my husband said . The small little cup that holds the beans was barely not even half way filled and the rice was small , too. Tacos were little . Not worth the area and drive to get ripped off , but the food tasted ok. I could get better going to the Mexican grocery stores and making it myself for the same $$$ oh, and the girl forgot to serve me my horchata . I had to remind her ...My advice to this small business is don't go cheap on the cheapest items on the plate !! I bought 9 tacos and they only gave me 4 salsas. Their tacos are nearly $4 each, how do you expect to eat a taco without salsa?!? Randomly being in the area, and starving, we decided to go to eat something at Tacos Los Toritos. The location is kind of hidden in the corner in the same plaza as the Smart and Final. I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat, so after looking at the menu for a while snd asking questions, finally my friend and I both ordered the same, number 1 item from the menu. A taco and a burrito platter. Our food arrived shortly. The taco was pretty good, but the burrito was VERY spicy. We didn't complain about it. It's my mistake NOT ASKING about it before ordering, like I always make sure everywhere I get food, always ask about the spicy seasoning, just in case. Anyway, somehow I didn't do it here! After unsuccessfully trying to eat my dinner, I decided to go and order something else, because I didn't want to leave hungry. Went to the cashier and told her "sorry, I can't eat my food, it's very spicy " and I ordered a regular cheese quesadilla, paid for it and that's all. Very shortly the food was ready. They gave me 2 orders! WOW, I thought that's very nice! They were trying to make sure I am satisfied. We looked at other people's food on the table, and thought they looked delicious. Their meets are well marinated.my favorite so far is the Buche They have a large array of delicious juices. And they change out the flavors. Haven't had enough space in my belly for dessert too- but they have some! They are super friendly here. The only down sdes are you can't order mixed meats or the cooked jalapeños and onions as a side- they do include this in their combo plates though! This restaurant is very clean nice decor is nothing out of the normal I was extremely surprised by how neat and clean it is. The prices are not bad at all they have a variety of combo specials that are a ton of food at most your pay 20 for a plate and this is the most expensive meal including sides. WOW! Pleasantly surprised! A nice clean restaurant, with great service, and EXCELLENT food! We came here at the request of one of our friends. Gave it a second thought because of the surrounding area. But when we saw the clean new shopping center we were a little more comforted. Then completely surprised by the clean interior of the restaurant. We were then greeted with a smile by the friendly cashier who asked us clarifying questions (I guess it was pretty obvious I didn't speak Spanish).
