This spot quickly went to the top of the list. Deliciousness all around. Today ordered green sauce cheese enchiladas and yum! Also tried the pineapple agua fresca OMG soooo good! Told my staff I was ordering and all of a sudden one order turned into lunch for 6! This place is legit and Rami has outstanding customer service.

So disappointed. Drove out of my way for their wet burrito. Specifically requested less rice on my burrito. Still got a burrito of predominantly rice. When I brought it to the counter asking for more beans in order to make the ratio of rice to well everything else the front desk person went to the kitchen but they said no they would not fix it. I was very clear that I was not happy with and did not like the burrito. I was not assisted in any way. Went down the street to the Mexican food truck. Credit card orders minimum $5 for stupid beans. Ugh. Initially thought I discovered my new favorite place. Instead so disappointed. I've never had a restaurant not fix my order and I don't cook so eat out the majority of the time.

I was craving carne asada fries today and I came across this place on grubhub and they offered a coupon. When I got to the location to pick up my order during the time frame, it wasn't ready yet and I think I had to wait around 10-15 minutes. My only complaint is I would recommend them being more transparent with when the food will be ready. But it was worth the wait cause the carne asada fries were bomb and it came with a lot for a good price. One order of carne asada fries can be shared with 2-3 people. Overall, this is my favorite place to get carne asada fries and I can't wait to come back to try other things from the menu.

So, I recently placed an order with Tacos Panchito while visiting the LBC. You can imagine my horror (after placing a $40 order) to discover I placed an order with Tacos Panchito in Corona...NOT Long Beach! Mortified, I got on the phone with the Corona location to try to cancel the order, in hopes of both not wasting food and getting a refund. While I waited to speak with a manager, my BF jumped on his phone to place an order with the LBC location. As for the Corona order, I eventually spoke with Rami, who was super nice and helped me without any issues. (I was so relieved! I'm not made of money.) Rami also went out of his way to help us navigate how to pick up our order from their Long Beach "Cloud Kitchen," which was a first-time experience for us, so we were super grateful. Rami dazzled yet again when he text me about an hour later to ask how our food was! Let me tell you, that level of customer service is never a requirement for me, but BOY do I SUPER appreciate it. As for the food from LBC, SO BOMB! And I am picky when it comes to Mexican food. I like as "traditional" as I can get, even when I eat texmex/taqueria style Mexican food. My BF and I had a little Mexican Picnic at our hotel and were happy, happy campers. We got the family meal for 2 and a quesadilla. Damn that quesadilla was fire!

Update: I'm kind of disappointed with my recent orders. I thought they were a spoof, so I didn't address them. This is the third ir fourth order of asada plate I get. The first one was amazing. The second one was very tasty also, but the meat was served differently. It was cut into strips and the second time it was a single piece of asada steak. This third time? Just chopped meat like taco meat with more fat than before. The taste is okay, also good, but I don't appreciate the ground beef texture. And what happened to the home made tortillas? This was the main reason I kept ordering from you guys? Please stay consistent. I won't be ordering again soon. If I do, I'll call to ask what the order will look like this time. WOW! Let me start by saying that I'm a good cook and I am very picky when eating out. Tacos Panchito nailed it! They know customer service and they know their seasonings. I was having a difficult time ordering using the Door Dash app. I sent a message to the business using Yelp and didn't expect an answer. I started to prepare an order with a different restaurant when the owner responded to my message and wanted to make things right. He fixed the Door Dash menu and I ordered. I don't live near this restaurant. I live on the other side of LB and expected the order to take a little longer, but it didn't because they started it right away. I opened the bag and to my surprise, the food was not in styrofoam packaging! Great! The food is still very hot and the presentation is good. Nothing is sloppy. Taste is the most important. I rank it above customer service lol, but anyway. Bomb. Asada, perfect. Juicy and flavorful and not salty or fatty. Salsa? I ordered the extra spicy and it's delicious. No after-taste and homemade. I'm used to making spicier foods, so it was edible and perfect. Didn't burn my tongue, but don't take it from me because I have a high tolerance. Their horchata tastes homemade and if it isn't, they fooled me because I make it at home and it tastes the same. Like another reviewer said, try it! They have few reviews, but they're new. I know we get into the habit from ordering from the same so-so places just because it's familiar. But it's worth it to venture out and find a gem like this place once in a while. This won't be my last order! Especially not during quarantine. I'll be ordering out a lot and when I'm craving Mexican, which is always, I'll order from Tacos Panchito! You should too! Delicious! I ordered the carnitas wet burrito and guacamole and chips. I think it's important to give our local places a try in these trying times do don't let the minimal reviews sway you. Give them a chance! I ordered on postmates and got $3 off $15. Sweet deal! Just FYI, the wet burrito came with green sauce even tho the picture was red. I would suggest having the option to choose when adding the item. Luckily I like green and red sauce.

Ordered delivery & so impressed with portion size! I personally think with how large their servings are, it's definitely worth what you pay for. The only down side for me was the wait to get my food. Since I got it delivered, the driver communicated to me that the food was taking longer than expected. It took about 30+ mins for the driver to get my food, plus delivery time. All in all, I had to wait an hour & I didn't think it would take that long considering I ordered late at night. I tried the cheese enchilada which comes with rice & beans, as well as the Carne Asada Supreme fries. The cheese enchilada was great! It comes with 3 and I found it was just the rice amount of rice & beans. For the Asada fries, they definitely weren't stingy when it comes to the meat. Every bite you got a taste of everything that was included. One serving of fries is good to share with 2-3 people! I personally thought there was nothing special about the fries (in terms of taste) compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area.

Decided to try this place yesterday evening because it has good reviews and it's close by my house but my wet burrito was not wet. Which was annoying. Overall it had good flavor but the tortilla was soggy and it just fell apart when I added lime and salsa. I also ordered rice and beans for my family but the beans were overly salty. All in all, I had heart burn all night and couldn't sleep. I wasn't even going to write a review but here I am the next morning at work with the runs, stomach cramps and no appetite. Definitely will never be ordering from here again. My bf ordered 3 tacos de asada and he had heartburn all night as well.

Just wanted to put this out there. I've never ordered from this place so I don't know how the food is yet because I'm still waiting for my order. But I'm really impressed with their customer service skills. They are remarkable. I'm just at at wow. I'm rarely at a wow!! You guys have won my heart already!! I can't wait to get my food.!! So with that being said.... I got my food and am very happy!! Delicious!!! I ordered pastor tacos and carne asada burrito. Their guacamole is fresh and really good. The customer service is amazing to say the least and that's a lot coming from me because I am quick to complain if something is wrong (becuase I'm paying for it) Rami the owner fixed my Postmates mistake and went the extra mile and gave me a lil something for the inconvenience. I ordered my favorite items and was sent a picture of all my items but my Uber driver did not bring my posole. They happily had someone deliver my missing item. The Birria tacos are to die for and it's hard to find a spot who always(everyday) has good posole. Spicy salsa is also actually spicy ! Thank you again ! Will be ordering again. It's been some time since I've been here but me and my daughter have been wanting to come back. The food is still amazing. The habanero salsa is hotter, so better for me! You can tell the owner really cares about the customer. I think it shows in the food and the service. I think the food is well worth the prices. Im always full after. This place is so delicious the tacos are so fresh I recently tried the loaded Taylor tots with a Asada guacamole beans sour cream and cheese and it was the most amazing thing I've ever had I will never order nachos again in this beats asada fries!!! I always order the panchitos asada fries . They are delicious. For the first time ever they made my order wrong. When I got home I noticed and first thought was ugh! I called and no one answered but right away someone named Rami sent a txt asking if I had any questions. I let them know what was going on and they didn't hesitate to fix my order and make it for me again correctly. The crew at tacos panchito are very caring and truly make sure that there customers get a 5 star dining experience. I have a weird schedule so sometimes dinner has to come later than I'd like. I'm on a low carb diet as well. Needless to say, the later it gets, the harder it is to find a healthy & open restaurant. I made a small request to have rice and beans omitted but have guac instead. Very tasty. The red spicy sauce is really spicy and delicious. The green salsa is mild and tasy as well. Inhad a shrimp burrito and was easily able to add avacado. My wife enjoyed the asada taco and really liked the carnitas taco. She saidbit was moist and delicious. We also ordered a bean and cheese burrito, but will eat later. They have vegetarian options and shrimp which I appreciate. I will order from here again. read more

Tried this place out today. Not very satisfying I got the pork pozole and I couldn't tell if it was pozole or menudo or a mix of both, not the best. I also ordered a carne asada burrito bowl but received birria instead, not the best, the bowl was filled with liquid, I'm assuming from the birria, not very appetizing.
