Frankly we ended up coming here because my little picky eater wanted a quesadilla, so I immediately checked Yelp and found this spot. The chicken quesadillas are massive and packed with a lot of chicken. My kid absolutely loved them, which is why we ended up coming back. However, the reason I'm not giving them a full five stars is because on one of our visits I ordered their beef tacos and got very sick after eating them. Frankly I think it was the oil in them or something similar because the meat was drenched in oil. If you are wondering, Fernanda why you ate them if they were so oily? Easy, because I was hungry and they were not cheap... but I completely regretted it afterward. So don't make the same mistake I did, and stay away from their beef tacos. Would I come back? Yes, but I would stick to the chicken quesadillas and probably nothing else.

While I was waiting for my food, one of the employees got frustrated while working on a quesadilla and threw it angrily into the trash can and had to walk away for someone to take over. I ordered their frozen margarita which was a very small amount and also very bad. I had a couple people try it and they all said it was terrible, it just had a weird after and during taste. When I actually got the birria, the sauce it came with was like a tomato soup with some chile flavor. By itself that sauce might be good but it did not mix well with the birria. The meat was dry. The positives are that the shell was a great blend of crunch and flexibility, the amount of onions and cilantro was good, and the guac that came with the quesadilla was really good.

4/10/26 single slice with a "twist"…read more I got to this location and it was fair that it be busy cause of the rain. I went around and looked at the 5offerings... it was easy for me to choose it had to be quick so I ordered at aloha by the slice. single slice with a "twist" I say twist cause initially I wanted Sausage and humbly the worker (Teddy M) expressed nicely that they didn't have sausage and I asked for ham... now remember I wanted the "single" slice with one"topping" and no sausage but ham was available. If many of you follow my reviews... I don't care for Hawaiian pizza.... The last Hawaiian pizza I had was at "Spitfire Grill" in the Dukes lane Market and that got 5stars BECAUSE- it had pork grinds on the Hawaiian pizza - which by the way is really delicious and I found it an epic addition to the pizza The reason for my 5stars this time is because Teddy decided that he give me a Slice of Hawaiian pizza that has the "Ham" & Pineapple on it.... Even when I asked for the single topping slice... he was perhaps going above and beyond ((there was an impending line in back of me)) so he choose to take the slice already made warm it in the wood fire stove then take it and cut in half.... He did this for the right person... me!!!! Happiness to hit one customer with a slice that had two toppings... I will add that I realized this may not go as well for other people... but if your one to understand the food service part of it then you get where my 5stars comes from... Thanks Aloha by the slice... I'll be going back again. (I'm still not a sucker for pineapple on my pizza)

It is inside the International Marketplace with plenty of seating options. There was a blonde server I met who was super nice. She allowed me to try a couple of samples of the ice cream flavors to see what is the best for me to have. After trying a couple of ice cream flavors, I chose the small ice cream size in a cup, which includes 2 scoops of ice cream. The flavors I chose were Tahitian vanilla and strawberry guava. The strawberry guava was like a refreshing sorbet. It is more on the sour side. I think the small ice cream being close to $10 is a bit steep, but it provided many good flavors for us to choose. I want to choose different flavors next time. I enjoyed sitting on the chairs outside while feeling the breeze.

They always load up the tacos with a good amount of meat and it's such a great deal especially for their Taco Tuesdays. I love how they have a self serve area for the limes and onions. The food is usually good to okay and a notch above the fast-food taco places. The downside here is that the food and service are NOT consistent. Service can be great when dealing with the owner and certain workers but once in awhile you get someone who seems to hate being there and it shows. I don't know if something happened with the salt shaker on our last order but the food was overly salty. I never thought a burrito could be ruined but when the protein chosen is so salty that you can feel your blood pressure rising it's not good. I ended up tossing more than half of my burrito. The other people who ordered also noted that their protein in their meal was very salty. We want to support small businesses but it's tough to keep going back when what we're paying for isn't even edible. The good thing was that service that day was good.

After browsing on Yelp I found Honolulu Tacos. Even knowing the address, this place was a little tricky to find. In any case, it ended up being one of six small stalls all next to each other with shared seating. There was a single lady working here on this day and she quickly took both my order and my dad's and our food was ready quickly. For dinner on this evening I chose a carnitas taco, a Korean taco and a fish taco while my dad went with the three crispy tacos. Our food came out at about the same time and since we were tired we decided to take it back to our hotel room. Once there I worked my way through all three tacos. First up was the carnitas which had a nice pork flavor and was incredibly moist. Second was the Korean taco which reminded me a lot of the carnitas but with kimchi added in for a bit of tang and extra flavor. Last but certainly not least was the fish taco which was larger than the others and ended up being really good. The breading was crispy while the fish inside was tender and I also enjoyed the sauce they put on it. My dad enjoyed his crispy tacos as well, even if he thought the price was a bit on the higher side. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. We both enjoyed our food and I really liked the setup with the small food stall pod.
