When I was sick I needed Alka-Seltzer, I needed toilet paper (lol pre-pandemic keep that in mind lol) I needed a light bulb, I needed a TV dinner, I needed a bottle of wine, I needed a pair of socks, I could text them and get a response within 10 minutes and have something delivered within an hour. This service existed before all of the other delivery services - you know, the big corporations. When they were on their way, they would text and gently knock on the door. (Again, pre-pandemic.) Such friendly delivery persons - I had a regular who I always liked to chat with for a few minutes. He insisted that a tip was not expected. It was 2am, I wanted to tip! Very honest, good morals, ethics etc... During pandemic: same level of service but with text and no physical contact. Very safe and resourceful. Their hours have changed but their level of service has not changed. They are pioneers in delivery services.

The website lacks clear instructions for customization--there's no obvious place to note dietary preferences like using only pink salt or avoiding specific ingredients. This made the ordering process frustrating and unclear. What's even more disappointing is that I've reached out multiple times--both by phone and email--and have not received any response from Fit Meals 4U. I expected better customer service, especially when it comes to health and safety concerns. Yes, it was a short call. But the person I talked to didn't need all this back-and-forth just to try and do the right thing and research my order. Apparently you still don't get it. I've given plenty of evidence to support what I said. What would I gain by making up lies about your company? Nothing. And you continue to try and argue with me and harass me by trying to publicly defame me. This whole thing had zero to do with food/money and everything to do about customer service and treating people with respect as a business owner. Your values and the way you treat your customers through these responses reflects everything I was trying to warn people about and more.
