Stop. Don't pass go. Don't collect $200. If you've been on the hunt for a dentist... this is the place! First off... I loathe the dentist. I messed up in my 20's and my teeth aren't in the best shape so I've avoided the dentist until today when I was struck down with an infection and pain level 1,000. I called and the female receptionist was super sweet said she can get me in today at 1:45. I walk in to fill out the forms and I'm ushered back to the room. Everyone is so nice and welcoming regardless of what insurance you do have. This is the first time in my life where a dentist runs you through exactly what's going on, what needs to be accomplished, EDUCATES you on your choices, and then let's you decide the next step. Zero pressure. Instead of forcing any work down your throat - they just lay it out as it is. I had pain and he gave me antibiotics along with a pain reliever which is finally kicking in. They also gave me a cleaning and he was adamant to avoid the troubled tooth. I felt so comforted by their level of compassion. As I was leaving, there was a new receptionist there. Not sure if it's his wife or what the relationship was but she treated me with massive compassion due to my pain and insurance situation as there is a lot of work to be done. All I can say is call them. Don't email. Business is hard enough in these times but this office is hands down the best experience I've had. I'm actually looking forward to working away little by little with the business. Seriously... you won't regret coming here. I'm just blown away by how nice everyone was here. It didn't feel like I was in California. It felt like I was in a small town place where everyone knows your name and treats you like family. Plus... it's a newer office so everything is so clean! i went in for an exam and doctor tadros made a highly inappropriate comment to me. he looked right at me and said "after we do a cleaning you will probably lose weight." it gave me so much anxiety, it was so awkward. when i needed to reschedule a visit the receptionist said "not possible, the doctor will not allow it." i switched dentists immediately after. read more

Dr. Tadros is incredible! He is not out for your money like some dentists. He is also very nice, great beside manner and explains to you all the details of a procedure. His office is very accommodating and recently I was late due to my job and they still were able to take me. Have been a patient for years and will continue to come here as long as I live in the area! read more

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. Dr Tadros was very nice and informative. He went step by step over all my problems and recommended what should be taken care first. The most amazing thing that this place is not trying to rip you off. Before we were even able to receive care at this office, they demonstrated a lack of respect and professionalism by never returning our email inquiry. Over 3 weeks ago, I sent an email providing details on the kind of care experience our family was looking for, and asked for information on whether their practice might be a good fit for us. Went to see Dr. Tadros last year to get fillings, cleaning and night guard, which he recommended. Unfortunately, the fillings weren't done well and I had to get fillings AGAIN 3 months later. Also, I found it odd that they charged my Zelle for the night guard, which I don't ever use. Definitely not going back. read more

I LOVE THE DENTIST first and foremost. I am really afraid of needles and anything that has to do with my teeth, but he's very nice and walks me thru any procedures. Hands down Dr.Tadros has been fantastic. HOWEVER! The front desk is really rude. When I went for my first visit asking about insurance coverage, after giving her my ID number, the front desk said she couldn't pull up any information. Which is okay. I called my insurance company myself before my next visit to see if I can save a little bit on future visits. My insurance company said I could always ask the dentist office for the code to double check. Per my insurance recommendation I called the front desk to ask for the code and to my shock she IMMEDIATELY responded with "if you're not happy with the service than you can find another dentist" she was so hasty to hang up on the phone saying goodbye 3 times. She also mentioned for her to check the insurance takes a lot of time from her day. I never complained or ever was rude but her response was so shocking. I apologized for offending her and canceled my appointment. Dr.Tadros is amazing 5 stars always! However, because of this experience I am sadly looking to change my dentist. read more

Dr. Tadros is the best! I'm very happy my sister recommended him to me. Another dentist wanted to charge me $5,000+ more than what my insurance covered but he was able to do the same work with enough left over for cleanings. He's honest and doesn't pressure you into getting work done that you don't need. He always makes sure you're comfortable and explains everything thoroughly. His wife works the front desk and she's very friendly as well. It's easy to schedule/reschedule appointments. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. read more

I brought my elderly parents who just got approved for medi-cal for teeth cleaning and a consult. I was amazed at the service we received. The receptionists, who today was the doctor's wife was wonderful, friendly and most informative. The dental assistant Judy was extremely helpful. My parents loved the dentist and the assistant, he put them at ease. They walked out saying we got the best dentist we could have. read more

I went in with some really bad pain, an old root canal from a previous dentist, needed to be pulled. Since I was in so much pain They got me in immediately- 20 minutes after I called for an appointment I was there. They x-rayed and checked everything, and he pulled my tooth. It was fairly quick and painless once he numbed me. Got me on some antibiotics and really listened to me when I told him my issues and concerns. 100% would recommend! I have been in this office 2x, once for an annual cleaning the other for one simple filling. I had a good feeling that this was an honest practitioner - until today when I called my insurance provider and found out the owners wife who runs the front of the office, lied to me. A flat out lie. When I inquired about the cost if any involved in the filling, she bluntly told me a metal filling was free, however if I wanted white, it would cost $100. Period. So I did not feel the necessity to call and confirm this. However, today I did and found out that both the metal and the white - are free - and the contract this insurance provider is the SAME for every office. This means that this office is double dipping - getting reimburse by insurance providers and getting double paid by their patients. Run from this office. Run. Again, Mrs. Tadros lied to me and alluded to me that other office may have a different 'contract' but the $100 fee is what their contract states. I called today the insurance provider and in both issues, out right lies. And out right lie. I was saddened because I thought I had finally found a honest dentist. I do not recommend this provider. To me, if a medical provider, just a mechanic will lie about one issue - when - if ever do we know WHEN WE CAN TRUST THEM. Sad. Shame on this man and his wife. I hope OC runs them out of business - or they start telling the truth. read more

Dr. Tadros is a patient and caring dentist. He is very gentle when working on my teeth and he is also very considerate to make sure I am not in pain. He was my brother's dentist first and then he became my dentist after seeing the great work he did with my brother. I was told I could not receive a standard preventative cleaning which would have been covered by my insurance instead I had to get a more expensive cleaning. Which cost me money out of pocket however the cleaning I received was a normal cleaning and the dentist did not even clean around my dental bridge. The dentist also spits when he talks and his spittle landed on my face and arms several times during my appointment. I would not recommend this dentis. Update. They have been making incorrect refunds on their miss charge for my services and lowered the refund amount each time. By far this is the worst dentist and most shady dentist office I have ever been at. Do not use them. read more

I had a problem with previous dental work that needed to be repaired. Dr. Tadros and his staff made me extremely comfortable when I arrived. Although I had worked through this procedure with my old dentist of 6 or 7 years several times, Dr. Tadros made sure I understood the important phases of the procedure and exactly where some of my previous problems may have come from and what we needed to be concerned with. He took the time with the procedure and the end result was that this work has never felt better. On top of that he checked and cleaned my teeth and did everything for a price I was extremely happy and comfortable with! He also took extra time to give me advice on brushing that has made a huge difference in my oral health. I would recommend Dr. Tadros to anyone looking for a dentist! read more

They overcharged me and convinced me that my tooth has an infection in order to charge me for an expensive medication, when i check with another DDS i noticed that the charges was for an unnecessary medication and nothing was wrong with my tooth. I even got over charged on the cost of the medication . This experience was very disappointing and i feel that they took advantage of my trust. read more

I had the same dentist for 40 years and then he retired. I was never afraid of the dentist until I went to the dentist that took over my original dentist practice. It was agony! I didn't go back to a dentist again for six years until a tooth I had was hurting so badly, I almost went to the emergency room. Then a friend recommended Dr. Tadros. Unfortunately, I lost the tooth but my experience with Dr. Tadros was amazing. I went in with so much anxiety that I was in tears. Dr. Tadros actually explained everything he was going to do and was extremely gentle and patient with me. He even kept his office open for me to come on a Friday evening after hours. My experience was absolutely wonderful. Looks like I've found a new dentist for life. If you're looking and are in the Orange County area, look no further. This dentist is the best.
