Ray was really…read morenice and looked over my newly purchased RV and found things in order, checking things like the waste lines I had newly replaced and verified the short 30 amp cable stored in the external compartment. When I picked up my RV, Ray presented the repairs and when he had opened the external compartment, the short 30 amp cable was missing. Ray assured me the garage would be searched for the cable. Before I left for a trip, I called and was told no cable was found but the search would continue. When I called I was told the same. I bought a new cable. TIme went on and I figured I'd stop by upon returning from my trip. I'm still on the east coast ready to return so I called and Ray blew me off saying too long of time passed. I should not have been a gentleman and demanded immediate replacement of the cable. Maybe the cable was placed in the wrong RV or Happy Daze just simply stole it. Time should have nothing to do with it. A simple $20-$30 gift would have been nice/fair. Happy Daze stole my cable and they are thieves. Ray told me he had the same RV model but one year newer so maybe Ray helped himself. Beware!!!
