I originally stopped in just to restock my regular condiments, but I left with so much more! Major win: I finally found fresh Thai basil (nearly impossible to find at other markets!), plus authentic Thai chilis, Hi-Chew candies, and a bottle of sake for later. The store itself is spotless, beautifully organized, and boasts an impressive selection from Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, China, and beyond. The freezer aisle is loaded with treats--fresh produce, dumplings, ice cream, sausages, seafood, and more. I also spotted fresh fruit like bananas and mangoes. The noodle aisle? An absolute dream for instant ramen lovers and home cooks alike, featuring everything from ready-to-make ramen packets to a variety of rice, soba, and udon noodles. Don't even get me started on their huge assortment of shrimp chips--hands down my favorite snack! To top it all off, the owner (who is incredibly friendly and welcoming) told me about the Thai street food vendors popping up every Saturday at 11:30 a.m.--already planning my next visit for that! I highly recommend checking this place out!

I did sign up for a monthly membership for free delivery over 35$ Created my cart and the first order was delivered within the timeframe. Everything was packed neatly, the order was correct and I was shocked at my total. 131$ for 28 pounds of meat! Now the taste test! Tried the ground chicken first for Chicken Philly's....THE BEST ground chicken I've tasted! Literally like I cooked chicken breast and chopped them myself. Extremely lean! The ground beef 85% lean is great quality as well! The Cajun chicken quarters were PHENOMENAL...a new family favorite! The meat is so fresh! Perfect amount of seasoning. These cooked great on the grill. Absolutely no rubbery meat like local chains. The only thing my daughter complained about was the bacon....wasn't as salty as she is use to But I'll take it! All in all I am extremely pleased, and so glad I found a place for clean meat for my family, and the pricing still blows me away! Now I see why the friend of a friend bought a deep freezer!

We were nearby this one and decided to check it out. The store is small. Located on a corner. It's across from the Total Wine store. Even though it's a third (quarter?) of the size of the Fort Lauderdale store, they seemed to have a good representation of their offerings. We took a short stroll to see what they had and to check out any new products. They also had a nice supply of prepared meals. We did wind up buying a couple things -- our freezer isn't very large and was still fairly full. The gal at the checkout was pleasant and the process was easy. I'd come back again when next in the area.

Tonight I went after going on the Tiki boat which leaves out of the same dock that the restaurant is located on. Both times I ordered the Spicy Ahi Tuna Tacos which were absolutely delicious. I'm not a big fan of spice and these were fine for me spice-wise (so if you're looking for a big kick, don't expect anything crazy). I chose fries as my side and they had the perfect level of crunch. The vibe of the restaurant is nice and the menu isn't overly pricey for being on the water. The one thing to note is that it was quite buggy tonight with little gnats that bit. It quickly got to the point of being overwhelming but the staff had bug spray to hand out when asked.

The big pluses are the great view and the fun picnic benches to sit on. We also love feeding the fish when we first come in. I always find the staff friendly and on their game. The drink menu is fun and they have some yummy cocktails. The menu is pretty seafood heavy but they have enough other options if you aren't a fish or shellfish person to satisfy. We had the tuna tacos which were super dry and tasteless, the po boy which was also extremely dry and lacking sauce and tasteless, Ahi tuna dinner entrée (cook cooked perfectly, but also barely any flavor) and two appetizers, which were the star. Both the calamari and the chicken wings were on point. Everything else so disappointing. With enough new restaurants in the area this unfortunately was my last time.

Between watching the boats go by and all the people watching, there was never a dull moment. Walking in, it feels like you've stepped off a boat and into a laid-back waterfront spot. From the bar, you can see just about everything, including 2 Georges next door. It was a beautiful evening with a nice breeze coming off the water, which made the atmosphere even better. We started with the coconut shrimp, which was so good I completely forgot to take a picture before eating it. The shrimp were large, crispy, and packed with flavor. The mango salsa added a nice sweet and fresh touch that paired perfectly with the crunchy coconut coating. We also shared the salmon topped with crab. It came with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a creamy lemon sauce that tied everything together. The fish was cooked perfectly, and every bite was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Great food, beautiful views, and a relaxing atmosphere. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu

It is estimated that over 12 million customers have visited Banana Boat, and over 7,000 employees have worked here over the years. Currently there are a few 30 + year employees. This evening we listened to the Nicolas Cole Band while dining. There are gluten free, bar bite, brunch and kids menus. The dinner menu is Ala carte. I love their chowders & fresh seafood salads, this is what I usually order. On the menu are tacos, burgers, steaks, wraps along with fish & seafood choices. Every time I've been here my meal has been fresh and delicious, we've never been disappointed. Casey brought us a round of drinks, my peach sangria was refreshing & delicious. We started by sharing the lobster lettuce wraps. We each had a piece of fried breaded, lobster and slaw wrapped in lettuce, it was tasty. For our entrée we shared swordfish over rice, the swordfish was rather small. It was mostly rice. We shared the Blondie brownies stack for dessert. It was huge warm and very rich. All eight of us enjoyed our meals. We enjoyed the band and got up and danced. The older people left and a younger crowd came in at 8 o'clock. It was a nice evening out.
