It's kind of hidden as it is located in a separate space behind the taproom and we actually appeared to walk through some of the production facility to access the space (likely on account of the cold) which was both fascinating and slightly nerve-wracking, similar to the beginning of a low-budget horror movie! The space is airy and large, and accommodated a couple hundred inebriated baseball parents (and two infidels from Wisconsin that snuck into the event and won the whole damn thing!) along with a quesadilla truck and raffle prizes. I don't drink so I can't speak to the beer but others I talked to said they were good. I can only vouch for their Coca-Cola and give that a thumbs up! Really the only issue is that the space never seemed to fully warm up for me and I left my coat on the entire several hours I was there.

One kind of weird thing that happened here, which I only mention because it didn't seem like our tour guide was able to handle it in the moment, and they definitely need a system in place to handle guests that are making the rest of the group uncomfortable. There was a guy who kept turning around and staring at people, fidgeting in a way that I recognized as agitation, and kind of pacing. All the parents who had kids in the group realized there was a problem and even though we didn't know each other, kind of formed a line in front of the kids. I'm sure it was a one-off, but there has to be a way to deal with guests like that. Also a little weird that kids over the age of 12 have to pay for the tour, but each of their soda drinks took two tokens, while the adults only used one for beers.

It was dollar wing night so we got a dozen wings with the bourbon bbq and Thai chili. The sprouts were amazingly tasty with the honey garlic glaze and toasted to perfection. The wings were huge and very flavorful with just a perfect amount of sauce. The soup was delicious too! The bar has several tables and seemed very spacious and also has a back room eating area. The brewery is housed inside an old bank so they have an old vault room with relics that you can walk into and check out.
