Amazing!!! To start with the conclusion: this restaurant will not disappoint you! What I appreciated most was the warm hospitality and attentive service. My mother has some digestive issues and doesn't tolerate spicy food well, so our server thoughtfully pointed out which dishes could be adjusted for spice level. They even waited until we had finished our appetizers before checking with the kitchen and confirming that the spice level for our entrées would be appropriate before proceeding with the order. I was genuinely impressed by how considerate and detail-oriented they were. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious--every dish was flavorful and satisfying. Interestingly, there weren't many people dining inside, but there was a constant stream of customers picking up takeout orders. I was really happy to see the restaurant doing so well. Looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes on my next visit!

I found this place via a TikTok post. The lunch buffet is only $20 and it includes the garlic naan. The food was well cooked and there were plenty of choices. I ordered a mango lassi to complement my meal (+$5). Overall, I spent $30 for the whole lunch. This place is a drive off the strip. Make sure you bring your appetite if you decide to go. The restaurant is clean and the customer service is excellent.

Taj Palace was such a great experience! I went for the buffet and everything I tried was delicious, flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The garlic naan was warm and buttery, the curries were rich and well-seasoned, and there were so many options to choose from. Definitely worth it if you want to try a little bit of everything. A special shoutout to Selestin, who was an amazing server. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the meal. His service really made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back, highly recommend if you're craving great Indian food and excellent service!

$20 lunch buffet was the hook. Sinker was the quality of the food. Everything was spiced right and didn't rub my stomach badly like many Indian buffet places of the past. Butter chicken, goat curry was awesome. Naan was thin and piping hot included with buffet but ordered apart. Tandoori chicken was shriveled and dry due to sitting in the heat lamp. Wish that was juicy and thus 1 star degradation. Nice staff too who took time to ask about quality of food and soliciting reviews. Love mom and pop shop like this!

This is the best vindaloo I've had in the U.S. -- and it's not even close. Taj Palace understands something a lot of Indian restaurants in the U.S. still don't: heat without balance is just noise. Their chicken vindaloo has the correct acidity, the correct color, and actual depth -- not the overly salty, muddled mess that passes for vindaloo elsewhere. The spice level was real, not performative. And even after the dish cooled, the flavor held together, which is the clearest sign the kitchen knows what it's doing. Next visit I'm asking for 14/10, not as a flex, but because this is a kitchen I actually trust to push heat without breaking the dish. Sweet lassi and papadum were exactly what they should be -- clean, balanced, no gimmicks. What really sealed it: I tried ordering masala chai late in the evening and was politely refused because fresh batches are made earlier in the day and they wouldn't serve something that wasn't at its best. That level of honesty and standards is rare -- and deeply appreciated. This place doesn't cook for people who want "Indian food vibes." It cooks for people who actually care how Indian food is supposed to taste. Easy five stars. I'll be back.

We had such a memorable experience at Taj Palace, thanks especially to our server, Satish. He was incredibly patient while explaining the menu and spice levels to my very curious yet picky mom. As soon as the egg dosa arrived, we were completely enchanted and honestly forgot to take pictures of the rest of the food. That says everything! My parents absolutely love the aroma of Indian cuisine, but the heat is usually something they can't handle. Satish was so attentive and made sure everything was not spicy at all, even at level 1. Yes, my parents are that sensitive. I would recommend to choose level 1 if you know you are sensitive to the heat. Don't go above level 3. You will DEFINITELY get the aroma and special flavors without the heat. The food was amazing. I can't speak to authenticity since I'm not Indian and haven't been to India, but as someone from the Middle East, I really appreciate the balance and depth of spices. Taj Palace is definitely top tier when it comes to aroma and flavor. The quality of the food was excellent, and overall it was a joyful experience. We will definitely be back.

Selestin was an Amazing Server! Food was Hot, refills were immediate, Every worker was Hustling and asking if we needed anything else. As Mexicans that don't know what we're eating, 10/10 recommend!

Dined in recently - food & service was very good but I missed the lunch buffet :/ Will have to come back .

Crispy puri that this restaurant claims to be bhatura

Please avoid the summerlin location if you can! Manager is beyond rude and inconsiderate. Ordered Bhatura ( soft chewy fluffy bread) from this location, they gave me a dried, tasteless crispy mess. Called back to see if they can redo it or refund for that portion of the order, manager stated that I can drive back 10 miles and return the bread to him and he can refund me the money. Attached photo of the unacceptable food item.

High-quality food and service despite that I've opted for their lunch buffet! First off, you start off with ordering your Naan bread, which you can chose plain, garlic, or spicy, 5/5 stars! The tandoori chicken, chutneys, various curries, including all of the vegetarian dishes were toothsome from the spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander, cardamom, ginger, chili powder, etc.), 5/5 stars! You can easily perceive that the ingredients and cooking techniques are of high-quality once the food hits your palate. I've also ordered the mango lassi because it is always refreshing, especially with spicy foods. It's a yogurt based drink that is creamy and mixed with sweet mango. This magnificent beverage is not included with the buffet; however, it is a must get while having Indian cuisine or even as a dessert. Our server, Ameet, was incredible too. He was friendly and assured that we had everything that we needed for an excellent lunch. He also noticed that I had the spicy chutney and chili sauce from the buffet, and suggested that I get the spicy Naan next time, which I haven't heard of before. He mentioned that multiple regions within India enjoy spicy foods and that his tolerance to spice is high just like mine. So yes, go here because the food is fire :)

I'm a big fan of Indian food and Taj Palace hit the spot. The samosas were delicious, the chutney sauce was fresh and had the perfect amount of spice- while the tamarind sauce complemented it with the perfect amount of sweetness. The saag paneer was creamy and had a generous amount of cheese, which I very much appreciate. On the flip side the saag had more chopped onions than I'm used to (which is totally fine) but not enough flavor, plus it was a little on the salty side. And while the samosas were bomb, they definitely needed more filling. With that said, overall it was good and I would order from here again.

Parking is easy; there's a little garage on the ground level. Anyways, we were immediately seated as a table of four. We came for an early-ish dinner on a weekday, and there were other diners there, too. Good sign. The inside of the restaurant is okay, though a little dark and tacky with the LED lights. I wouldn't recommend coming here for the ambiance or pictures. If you're here, it's just for the food. We ordered the chicken tikka masala (basic, I know, but it's so good), chicken saag, a lamb curry, garlic naan, and regular naan. The first two came with rice. All medium spicy, which was a pleasant level of heat. The naan comes as four pieces per order. In my opinion, the flavors of all the curry dishes were delicious, but I can't exactly testify to their authenticity (seemed pretty authentic to me!). I wouldn't say it's the best Indian food I've had, though. Indeed, the pieces of chicken were a bit too tough for me. Service was good-to-okay. Our waitress kept walking away mid-conversation, haha. The old Indian man who brought out some of our food was so sweet, though! Overall, Rutba was a satisfying dinner, though I wouldn't say anything stood out to me. But still, I'm glad we got to try it!
