I intentionally arrived early because I understood there could be a wait, but what followed was far beyond what I would consider reasonable for an oil change service. There were already three vehicles in the service bays when I arrived. After waiting approximately 30-35 minutes without being greeted or receiving any communication from the staff, my vehicle and another vehicle were pulled forward. I then waited another 40 minutes before my vehicle was finally pulled into a service bay. Approximately 15 minutes later, I had to ask whether anyone had even started working on my vehicle, only to be told that they had not. The entire process lacked efficiency and, more importantly, communication. I was left waiting at multiple stages of the process without anyone explaining the delay or providing an estimated wait time. By the time I realized how long the service was going to take, I no longer had enough time to comfortably pick my daughter up from school. I have used this station before and have had good experiences, which is why today's experience was particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, today I saw very little sense of urgency and almost no communication between the staff and the customers waiting in line. At one point, the line of vehicles was backing up around the station. I understand that businesses get busy and that unexpected delays can happen. What I do not understand is leaving customers sitting for extended periods without communicating with them. If an oil change is going to take more than an hour, customers should be told that when they arrive so they can decide whether they have the time to wait. I am more than willing to give compliments when good service is provided, and I generally don't complain when I receive mediocre service. However, today's experience was below what I would consider acceptable. A service advertised and commonly understood as a quick oil change should not involve this much waiting without explanation. Because of this experience, I will likely be taking my vehicle to a competitor or to the Florence location on U.S. 42, where I have consistently received speedy and efficient service. Even when that location is running behind, the staff has always communicated the expected wait time. I am very disappointed because I previously held this station in high regard. I hope management will take this feedback seriously, particularly regarding customer communication, organization, and the overall efficiency of the service process, because there was a line of cars around the building. None of them were being explained to either. If any more pulled away, I know it's easy to say they have a high volume business but $100 each car pulling away as a business model, I would want to maintain.

While…read morethere wasn't much to be done to get my time back, the location itself did make an effort to make it right after the fact. I felt I owed it to them to give a good review after that. Bottom line though, if you have an EV, go to the tire discounters EV location about 40 mins north! Overall great experience other than the issues I'd mentioned in a prior review-- where I was told one thing but another happened. But the tires are installed and seem to be working well. Got a decent price compared to others nearby also.

When my lifelong mechanic retired, I was thrilled to find this shop. The staff was friendly and the…read moreservice was consistently top-notch. However, over the past several years, the quality of service has declined dramatically, particularly regarding customer interaction. The staff is now consistently rude, both on the phone and in person. My last three experiences have been deeply disappointing: Months after purchasing new calipers for my truck, they were ruined by a faulty hose that cost less than $20 to replace, forcing me to pay for new calipers all over again. I purchased a new set of tires for my Lexus. Immediately after leaving the shop, I discovered one of the new tires was leaking air. I have been avoiding making an appointment to fix it simply because I am tired of dealing with the staff's poor attitude, so I find myself stopping to add air to the tire weekly. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tire balance/rotation. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was charged $140 for a wheel alignment I never requested or approved. The employee insisted I had mentioned it, and then condescendingly questioned why I expected a complimentary tire service for tires I had purchased two years prior. I had to remind him I bought a full set of four tires for over $1,000, which included this service. Throughout this entire exchange, the General Manager sat nearby and deliberately ignored the situation. This level of service is unacceptable. You have lost my business, and I will only return for services that are already covered under warranty. After that, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. P.S. I recently saw one of your own employees having his car serviced at a competitor's shop. He told me he wouldn't trust his own vehicle to be worked on at your location.
