I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a headlight change today. I got to my appointment about a half hour early because I was running errands after work, and it didn't make sense to go back home only to turn around and come back out. But they were able to get me in before my scheduled appointment time and they were quick. They even did both headlights for me and only charged on labor for 1 of them. They also told me some other things I should get taken care of, but I didn't have time today so they scheduled me an appointment for this weekend. I came across Goodyear, which was barely 0.5 miles away from AAA. I was greeted and welcomed by Felicia Finch, and I quickly got a new tire. I got rewarded by going to Goodyear because I got a free rubber valve stem. (This was due to me damaging its sensor.) I don't think I would have gotten a free tire part elseware. I recommend this store to anyone that wants a good tire service!

As usual I am left with some sort of disappointment after my oil change, today a little more than…read moreusual. Today I saw oil dripped on my headlight as well as had oil on the outside handle of my car. So I immediately get oil on my hand when I go to get back in my car after my oil change. Apparently I also made the mistake of going by the car wash before going to Jiffy Lube. Because now my hood and other parts of my car have dirty oily handprints on it. Heard of a paper towel Jiffy Lube?? Perhaps it would be a good investment to wipe down the mess before giving the car back to me. Another time I was there they were kind enough to adjust the pressure in my tires, but they adjusted it higher than the manufacture suggested. By about 7 pounds too much. I love the oil changes are super fast and I don't need an appointment and I can get in and out really quickly. When I was ready I pulled up got out of the car and he reached for my keys and didn't say a word. At this point I assumed he didn't speak English and asked another employee where I should go. He said he was supposed to take you there. There are 4 names on my receipt so I don't know what his name is. I was told they still vacuum and wash the windows. The front seat floor only was vacuumed and not very well. The windows still had fingerprints and cobwebs all over them and the outside of the windshield still had bird poop on it. I asked if they replaced the windshield wipers and they had forgotten to do it. I was there for 10 minutes tops. The oil was changed and the wiper blades were changed after I reminded them. The cost was insanely high. The total was $173 for an oil change and 2 wiper blades.
