They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic, and they were right--once I got the oil changed, the check engine light never came back. The second time, I brought my car in for a different issue. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. About a month later, I started experiencing similar symptoms again, so I brought it back. They dug a little deeper and discovered a nest inside the system that was blocking the drain. They spent over an hour fixing the problem, getting completely soaked in the process. When it was time to pay, they told me there was no charge because they considered it related to the previous repair. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with this level of honesty and customer service. They've earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I got to my appointment about a half hour early because I was running errands after work, and it didn't make sense to go back home only to turn around and come back out. They also told me some other things I should get taken care of, but I didn't have time today so they scheduled me an appointment for this weekend. I came across Goodyear, which was barely 0.5 miles away from AAA. I was greeted and welcomed by Felicia Finch, and I quickly got a new tire. I got rewarded by going to Goodyear because I got a free rubber valve stem. (This was due to me damaging its sensor.) I don't think I would have gotten a free tire part elseware. When I was ready I pulled up got out of the car and he reached for my keys and didn't say a word. At this point I assumed he didn't speak English and asked another employee where I should go. He said he was supposed to take you there. There are 4 names on my receipt so I don't know what his name is. I was told they still vacuum and wash the windows. The front seat floor only was vacuumed and not very well. The windows still had fingerprints and cobwebs all over them and the outside of the windshield still had bird poop on it. I asked if they replaced the windshield wipers and they had forgotten to do it. I was there for 10 minutes tops. The oil was changed and the wiper blades were changed after I reminded them. The cost was insanely high. The total was $173 for an oil change and 2 wiper blades.

The worker informed me that, because it was an Enterprise car, he could not work on it. He promptly referred me to an Enterprise location nearby. The worker here was pretty cool, he empathized with my dilemma, and did all he could to help me.
