One of the guys kept asking for me to pop the hood of my car while the upset one not wanting to help me just went on and on. He and I never even spoke. No one stopped him as he aggressively talked about me as my son and I were just feet away. After asking twice if there was a problem, he was still going on as he shook his head and waving his arms between the bays so I said that I would not be staying. Would definitely recommend this business. We requested an oil change and immediately brought our car in and while we waited on the car they changed the oil. Also checked the tire pressure, filled wiper fluid ,checked the filter, antifreeze and reset timer for next oil change. Will definitely use this business for all our oil changes. read more

This place took advantage of my kid, i told him to get a basic oil change and they informed him that they didn't offer that service for that SUV, when i look up the SUV it is not a requirement to have full synthetic they were just trying to bring up their numbers for the day and my kid paid the price. I took it back after telling then about it over the phone and when I areived they told me they don't work on my model anymore. I wonder why. I had my 2023 Honda serviced on 11/2 in the afternoon. On 11/3 the skid plate fell off and was dragging the ground. I called the store to talk with the manager on 11/4, at 8 AM Monday morning to let him know what had happened. The manager stated I remember that car it came in with a skid plate damaged. If that was the case, why wouldn't he have brought it to my attention and told me it was damage and couldn't be reattached correctly. Because for the last four months, the cars been driving around with no issue at all. I've also had the car serviced at Honda three different times with no issue ever. I took the vehicle back to Honda where they stated the skid plate was not correctly reinstalled after the oil change. They never installed the 2- 10 mm screws in the front as well as several of the push pin 1/4 turn connectors. Meanwhile, the manager at Take Five accused me of hitting a curb or hitting a pothole or hitting anything that would've caused this issue , which was not the case. The only issue is the guy who worked on my vehicle Must've been working at footlocker last week because he sure doesn't know how to Take the skid plate off and reconnect after the oil change. The Honda dealer told me this was just bad workmanship bottom line not once did the manager say I'm sorry you're having an issue. I'm not sure what happened, but please bring the car back in. None of that came out of his mouth. The only thing he did was accuse me of damaging the vehicle, I will never use Take5 again and never recommend them to anyone. What are total disappointment. That ended up costing me $350 to replace. read more

The minute we pulled in a nice gentleman gave us cold water bottles, we had our dog with us and even provided treats for him as well. They checked the tire pressure, cleaned the windshield, we got the advanced full synthetic high mileage service since his car has a lot of miles on it. I have been using this location for years and have had good service. On 7/9 I got my oil change. On 7/11 my car warns me of low oil. I check under my car and there was oil all over the bottom of my car. I call the shop and let them know what was happening. The manager "G", who refused to identify any further. Called another branch manager to assist me. He was able to get my oil filter off, put on a new one and refill with oil. He told me there was a pinhole in the oil filter which caused the leak. Well upon inspecting the filter and reviewing with other seasoned mechanics, it appears they were unable to remove my oil filter on 7/9 and in the process damaged it. Decided not to change it and sent me on my way. It made me wonder how many times they have not replaced my filter in the past. I will attach pictures of the oil filter, you be the judge. When I went back to Take 5 on SR64, "G" the manager told me it was possible that I could have caused this. Due to that I was unable to accept the refund I was offered. So I have been seeing oil spots on my driveway since using these guys a let while ago. I crawl under the truck to check it out and found oil seeping down the side of the oil pan from the filter. I check the filter and find it is loss and hand tightened it as I didn't have the proper tool to crank it down. Go to an auto parts store and get the part though I need based of the filter size the clerk looked up. I process to the parking only to find that the tool I bought which fit the filter size my truck needed is too big. After several attempts to find the right tool to remove the filter and replace it with the correct size filter we were able to confirm that indeed they had put the wrong size filter on my truck. This was the reason for the oil leak and the filter possible coming loss. I will no longer be trusting my vehicle with these guys as it also took them 35 minutes to change the oil last time I was there. read more

Well where do I begin... just left here, we stated multiple times we wanted the basic oil change, nothing else. They went through the dog and pony show of trying to sell us everything... better oil, air filter, etc. I get it, it's part of the gig. Politely declined and restated multiple times we just wanted the basic oil change even pointing to the sign for which. When it comes to check out they've charged us from the premium one. Double the price! Place used to be solid but now it's just a bunch of kids scamming their way into charging you money. No wonder I've never seen the same person working there. Anyway, I applauded them on hustling us out of money. Great work, kids. Though next time don't act so scared and run away from the car when we start pressing about why the up charge. read more

I have gone to take 5 oil changes MANY times, but this was my first time at this location and is the LAST time I will EVER go to a Take 5 again. I went in for a simple oil change, but then when I went to leave my car wouldn't start, so the worker offered to jump my car, I was still inside my car as you are supposed to be and so I didn't realize that HE PUT THE JUMPER CABLES ON WRONG until he told me to rev my car and SPARKS STARTED SHOOTING OUT! Not only did this fry my battery it also fried my $800 stereo system. I then had to wait an hour for the manager to get there only for him to be stoned out of his mind, abrasive, and beyond rude. The dealership informed me that my oil was 3 quarts short. Let me tell you what, if I could give you a zero I would. The manager was worthless. He is a cocky kid who comes at you when you tell them they messed up and refuse to even say sorry or try to make it right. They instead tell you to prove that it was them that messed it up. Took a 2020 Ford in and they overfilled the truck and then lied telling me it was a turbo. Then when I took it to Ford to have them look at it and they said it was overfilled and needed gasket work and it would take 2-3 weeks to take care of. Called take 5 and the so called manager accused me of taking it to my brother (who I don't have) and he wanted video evidence of them emptying the oil into a measure cup to say it was over filled. What a scam and joke. They refused to do anything and said it's not their problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE WHATSOEVER. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY AND ZERO CHANCE THEY WILL ADMIT TO ANYTHING. read more
